I ordered using the Chipotle App. My order was delivered one time, it was actually early. It was when I opened the bag and saw the salad I ordered had no dressing. So, I decided to call the store. I spoke to Charles Dorsey, then employee who answered the phone. He told me employees misread the orders all the time and sometimes leave out the dressing. I explained how am I going to eat my salad without dressing. He told me I can go to a website and make a complaint. I asked if he was going to deliver salad dressing since if was left out of my order. He said it was a human error, everyone had human error. I stated I under there's an error I want the error corrected so I can enjoy the salad I ordered and paid for. He got loud and stating I can go online to get a refund. I mean even Dominos Pizza replaces your order and redelivers right away. I paid to much money to not have my order replaced or refunded. Poor customer...
Read moreThis location is kind of hit or miss. Usually, the food is still good, but the staff doesn’t seem to be on top of it all the time. Lots of little mistakes.
Example: last night I ordered of the app and when I got there (at the specified time), they hadn’t even started the order yet. So I waited another 10 minutes. When I got home, I saw that they had made me a salad instead of a bowl. Also, the chips were either overcooked or stale. Corporate gave me a refund so I ordered again.
Same thing happened where I arrived (late this time to compensate…) and they still hadn’t started my order. This time it was correct but the green salsa was very solid (looked like collard greens).
Idk if it was an off night or what, but I will say I’ve had some good experiences at this location too. It’s just got to be a gamble you are...
