DTLR — Local services in Hyde Park Township

Horrible service and customer service ..I went here with a friend..I was buying my daughter her first pair of shoes and he was purchasing his kids and wife some shoes ..No one offered assistance (just to see if we were ready or even made a selection) so finally he walked to the counter to ask for assistance and a guy came over he let him know the sizes of the shoes he wanted to buy and I let him know I wanted to purchase my daughter some shoes but this was the first pair she ever had (she just started to walk) I measured my own daughter feet! Any how once in line I purchased my daughters shoes first then my friend got to the register but he discovered he didn't have his I.D. so he couldn't use his credit card so I asked my friend did he want me to buy the shoes for him n he would give me the money back the cashier said I couldn't do that because I had already used my credit card for my purchase! First off I had cash as well (not sure why she was all in our conversation or MY POCKETS!) but one credit card purchase is unheard of ...it's just ridiculous and I'm sure it's a reason for this ridiculous rule! I had the best customer service at DTLR on 95th and stoney island never been there before but I'll be back thanks to manager Shenika very kind, and patient Beautiful with a wonderful attitude hard to find so appreciate the awesome help.
