I’m Done! I do not eat food that has Feathers on the Chicken. I grew up cleaning my chicken before cooking and if you see a feather it is not properly cleaned. Additionally, my other orders are continuously being prepared wrong. I returned the food several times even changing it to something simple, and that was prepared incorrectly. The once good experience I used to have is reversed. I need to give them another 6 months to a year break again to see if anything changes. They were doing so well at first and now after this experience today, I’m done! I don’t get mad at the customer especially when you charge extra to prepare the requested food and the customer does not receive the item as mentioned it’s the staff's fault look at the receipt it’s written. Anyway, I am glad for my Refund and glad I’m not eating feathers off the two orders of chicken. 🤷‍♀️ Update people: They completely changed and doing great I went back and totally like it now and I did not see feathers on my friend's chicken so I appreciate the change this restaurant has made. My 1 star is now five stars.

Everything was fine at first the supervisor manager whatever he is was nice cracking jokes even asked if I needed help to my car didn’t need it for 1 bag but ok. I get home open the food my gyro cheeseburger was full of onions n sauce no gyro meat my chicken wasn’t done and my Philly cheesesteak was steak taco meat n cheese I call to tell them and the manager that was so nice turned into a manger from hell mad because I told him they was petty asl for giving me that food mind you the phone very staticky so you don’t know if they hear you or not next I know he hollers do you have a receipt I don’t live close to the restaurant but I made my way back up there for him to be very disrespectful and refused to give me a refund even the girls tried he didn’t approve it so I will be there everyday until I speak to someone else how you mad cause your team messed my food up and you don’t know how to talk to your customers… very poor management and customer service

I purchased 10 wings and a 10 piece fried shrimp. The gentleman informed me there was a discount for 15 pieces of shrimp so I upgraded. Receiving the food was chaotic. I had to wait in the parking lot for a man that looked like an average Joe off the street to bring my food to the car. (He didn’t have on a uniform or show relation to the restaurant). He even attempted to put his had in the meal to check if he had the right order. When I got home the wings were fried very dark and tasted like they were cooked in burnt oil. I did not even receive 10 shrimp yet alone 15. They were hard, over cooked and tasted BURNT. Also, my side was onion rings, they were burnt too. It went to the trash and was a waste of money. Disappointed. The lemonade was good.

"I had a terrible experience with customer service at this establishment. I was trying to add to my order before reaching the window, but the young lady never came back or responded. So, I asked about adding my order when I got to the window.

Instead of politely telling me that I had to come in or go back through the drive-through, she was rude and nasty. I also asked for a cup holder, and she snapped, saying "We don't have any!" She didn't have to be so rude, but she was.

Not only did she slam the drive-through window in my face, but she also cursed at me and gave me the middle finger several times. I responded with the same energy. When I asked for the manager, she did not want to get her. But when I spoke to the manager, she was polite and kind. She also gave me the owner's information.

The restaurant is not listed with the BBB, but I still reported this to the BBB. This behavior and service is unacceptable.

If a business does not respond, BBB will make every effort to obtain a response from them, but some businesses choose not to respond. This post is solely regarding the cashier named Gabriella. This morning I attempted to order a 30 piece mixed chicken that was advertised on a flyer for $25.99. When I called, I was told that the order can only be submitted online. I went online and the 30 pc mixed chicken was advertised as 25% off. Pricing was noted for $35.25 with discount. I added two orders to basket and the total with tax, along with -$11.75 promotional discount reflected amount due $91.07. Obvious discrepancy in pricing. I returned call to restaurant and Gabrielle was willing to contact the owner to resolve discrepancy, she asked for my number to return call to allow her to speak with owner. I honestly did not expect a return call, however, she did return call and explained she was not able to reach owner and attempted to provide other recommendations that complimented my initial request. She went above and beyond to move me forward with an order. Though I opted out of ordering as I was disappointed in the pricing discrepancy that was out of her control. I applaud and appreciate her customer service. I simply wanted to acknowledge her because, these days, customer service is not expressed appropriately by the younger generation. The food is ok, prices are very reasonable but the wait can be long and ridiculous.

Edit: 2022. Went recently to this location, for the 1st time in 4 years. It was the evening time and as I drove into the narrow, sliver of a drive thru, my car was greeted with the most deep and nasty pothole. It felt like I had just drove off a mountain! It jerked my neck back as my wheel alignment screamed in crippling pain!

I finally dug my car out of the humongous ditch, and creakily proceeded forward, to get out of this back alley maze. But I was trapped. There was a car in front of me waiting to place an order for what seemed like ages! I felt like taking a nap from the previous whip lashing. Fast forward 38 minutes.I was starving by then and was eagerly waiting to receive my food.

Two individuals with stark red, unbelievably long weave, gave me the order all wrong. Items were missing, hard meat, and stale fries.

They both had the most atrocious disrespectful attitudes about it. They must be the owners family because NO business, in their right mind, would hire those two to represent anything good.

Needless to say, my appetite was ruined by the whole experience. On top of that, I now have to get a wheel alignment from going to that disaster of a restaurant....
