"I had a terrible experience with customer service at this establishment. I was trying to add to my order before reaching the window, but the young lady never came back or responded. So, I asked about adding my order when I got to the window.
Instead of politely telling me that I had to come in or go back through the drive-through, she was rude and nasty. I also asked for a cup holder, and she snapped, saying "We don't have any!" She didn't have to be so rude, but she was.
Not only did she slam the drive-through window in my face, but she also cursed at me and gave me the middle finger several times. I responded with the same energy. When I asked for the manager, she did not want to get her. But when I spoke to the manager, she was polite and kind. She also gave me the owner's information.
The restaurant is not listed with the BBB, but I still reported this to the BBB. This behavior and service is unacceptable.

Read moreThis post is solely regarding the cashier named Gabriella. This morning I attempted to order a 30 piece mixed chicken that was advertised on a flyer for $25.99. When I called, I was told that the order can only be submitted online. I went online and the 30 pc mixed chicken was advertised as 25% off. Pricing was noted for $35.25 with discount. I added two orders to basket and the total with tax, along with -$11.75 promotional discount reflected amount due $91.07. Obvious discrepancy in pricing. I returned call to restaurant and Gabrielle was willing to contact the owner to resolve discrepancy, she asked for my number to return call to allow her to speak with owner. I honestly did not expect a return call, however, she did return call and explained she was not able to reach owner and attempted to provide other recommendations that complimented my initial request. She went above and beyond to move me forward with an order. Though I opted out of ordering as I was disappointed in the pricing discrepancy that was out of her control. I applaud and appreciate her customer service. I simply wanted to acknowledge her because, these days, customer service is not expressed appropriately by the younger generation. Edit: 2022. Went recently to this location, for the 1st time in 4 years. It was the evening time and as I drove into the narrow, sliver of a drive thru, my car was greeted with the most deep and nasty pothole. It felt like I had just drove off a mountain! It jerked my neck back as my wheel alignment screamed in crippling pain!
I finally dug my car out of the humongous ditch, and creakily proceeded forward, to get out of this back alley maze. But I was trapped. There was a car in front of me waiting to place an order for what seemed like ages! I felt like taking a nap from the previous whip lashing. Fast forward 38 minutes.I was starving by then and was eagerly waiting to receive my food.
Two individuals with stark red, unbelievably long weave, gave me the order all wrong. Items were missing, hard meat, and stale fries.
They both had the most atrocious disrespectful attitudes about it. They must be the owners family because NO business, in their right mind, would hire those two to represent anything good.
Needless to say, my appetite was ruined by the whole experience. On top of that, I now have to get a wheel alignment from going to that disaster of a restaurant....
