I swear this is the worse Burger King. I don't eat it often, more for the fact, because this location is the closes one to my home. Every time I go, I can never leave without some horrible experience. The last time, the man in the drive-thru window, called me every female pronoun in the book. Even after correcting him through the speaker, and seeing that I was clearly male as I drove up. To top it off, he had some sort of attitude problem, to the point he was practically sticking his head and arms into my car window. I was moments from punching him just for self defense. Luckily for him, his manger intervene, thankfully.
This time however, problems stems from management alone. It Friday night, just after rush hour, so it not busy, yet someone decided to not have 1 or 2, but 3 new employees to make the orders. I placed my order online, and it was suppose to be ready by 6:15. I get there and tell the manger I'm here to pick up my order. As I stand to the side to wait, apparently there are 2 other customers there before me. Another 3 walk in after me, the man was waiting for a missing item, from his order, and the woman, who I spoke to told me she had been waiting 10 minutes before I got there. So I turn to the kitchen and see three new employees, they a squinting trying to make head or tails of the screen. I can already tell this going to be a problem. At the end I see jumble mess of sandwiches, and the manger on the floor is ringing customers up and trying to mange the kitchen. Red flag number one, none of the ever growing mess of sandwiches are being put under the heating shelf to stay warm, red flag 2, why are you calling for a team huddle, when both the inside and drive-thru orders are a mess, red flag 3, you as the manger are handling other people food with no gloves, touch many other surfaces and cash, yet your touch people non wrapped food. red flag 4, you tell the man not only are your going to comp his item, your going to increase the quantity, which wouldn't be a bad thing, however you don't put the order to do so till 10 minutes later. I get my order 20 minutes later now making it 6:35. I was originally there for someone else, so i checked there order first, praying it was right. Because, as I mention earlier the lady who was there before me, was still waiting on the corrections to her order. Mindful, she was there a whole 10 minutes before me. Meaning she had been there for 30 minutes. The main order was right, however, I order two chicken wraps. I should have checked them, didn't realize they were made incorrectly till I got home. I ask for no sauce, yet it they put extra sauce. It had so much sauce, you could feel the gushiness through the wrap paper. When I peeled back the wrapper, is more sauce than anything else. Like they were trying to make tamales, than a chicken wrap. I particularly don't like the mayo sauce they use for the wraps, it make me gag. I just threw it out, had them refund me the money for items that were wrong, through the app.
I understand everybody needs to learn, but having 3 new workers together making the orders makes me wonder about you mangers intelligence level. 1 yes, because they have other experience associates around them, 2 maybe, but 3, by themselves............................ IQ test score must have been...

This is easily the worst Burger King in the city. They just do not care at all. Everytime I get an order from here it's missing something or completely wrong & I end up getting a credit from corporate. One time the manager told the Uber Eats driver that they were out of an item yet they don't do substitutions & would not give a refund. What kind of insane policies are these?!? Luckily once again corporate gave me a refund & a credit on top. They also never have things like Hershey pies & Original chicken sandwiches yet they don't tell you so you just get a bag missing these items every single time. If they don't have orange juice they literally give you Fanta orange without saying anything. It's infuriating dealing with this Burger King.
Hopefully one day whoever is running this place is forced out & with the new regime comes much...
