Other than the basic Travel Plaza gambling experience... this location is notorious for frequent extended "on break" periods. Today, my $20 bill got jammed in the machine. I approached the window, there was no sign and no staff present. I waited a couple minutes and when no one returned, went out to the main store and asked if they could help me to find an assistant which they said they couldn't. They "didnt have the telephone number". I waited approximately 10 minutes and no one returned still... I return to the main store again and asked them "is there anyway you can find someone?" Again they told me no, and I responded "but y'all are in the same building?..." their response? "Sorry". I ended up having to bang on the door marked employees only to get a staff member to come out, who said they were in a meeting and it would be a couple more minutes. Total wait time from jam? 27 min. Add frequent machine failures, glare on a lot of the screens, and poor parking...

This is a first-class gas station and convience store. It serves as an Indian smokeshop, selling tobacco products at reduced prices. There are several gas pumps to keep the waiting lines short.
