I ordered and paid for a sofa on January 27th and was told it would be delivered in about two weeks as it had to be ordered and shipped. Since no one ever called me about it, I called two weeks later to be informed that its arrival date is unknown. I had to call each week as no one ever called me back or told me any updates. Apparently they had lost the shipment and had to resend it. Fast forward to March and I am told I will receive my couch on the 13th. Again, no follow up about delivery so I call and am told they will call back. They, as in every previous instance, don't call back. After many failed attempts, I call again to hear that the truck actually hasn't arrived yet. The sofa is finally delivered on April 6. Read morePoor customer service when I brought my kiddos with me. They did sit and try out several different couches, but were not "all over". The dresser I bought just a year ago is falling apart. Very poor quality. Also, the store needs better organized. We could hardly make our way around to see what they had. No isles. Again... Their feet were on the floor the entire time. We visited other furniture stores that day where we were treated with a lot more respect. We will be taking our business elsewhere from now on and encouraging family and friends to do the same. Criticism and harassment online doesn't help...

I would never recommend to anyone. No integrity whatsoever. Do not shop there. It is worth paying more for better quality and honesty. It's been two weeks since I reached out.
