This is in regards to the pharmacy. I got a new script for 30 day supply and they were breaking it down to a weekly fill to charge me more money each time. The pharmacy tried to blame the doctor, then my insurance. After researching, I resolved it back to the pharmacy, not my doctor, or my insurance. But because I picked up the first week without realizing it (was a film script not pills, so couldn't tell till it was half way gone) wasn't for the full 30 days, I can only make a complaint, and nothing can really be done since I already picked up and paid for the one week. To me this is some kind of fraud. They refused to pro-rate it too when I picked up the remainder, and made it a totally new charge of even more. And the script was already expensive with my co pay. Double check your scripts, especially new one's before you pay and can find out the reasoning for how much, and why it is being dispensed the way they are giving it out to you. Then follow up with your doctor, and your insurance before you pay. Because once you pay, it's done and there will be no recourse for you. The pharmacy refused to take responsibility for their mistake, not a mistake, this was intentional. Shop around because sometimes other pharmacies are less expensive depending on the medication. I feel dooped. Though at least I questioned it on the refill, and got the remainder of my 30 day supply, and not allow them to break it down to weekly, paying over $50 each week = over $200) instead of the $80 for the one time fill, saving myself over $100. Pharmaceutical industry has the consumers over a barrel, especially when you need the medication every month. DOUBLE CHECK ALL NEW SCRIPTS! I know this was long, but I hope this helps someone, especially...
Read moreHi Kroger Customer Watch out for Home Depot Gift card scam at Kroger store.
Please be aware about Home Depot Gift card sold by Kroger, as they are compromised. The numbers are stolen before you buy at Kroger. Between the time they are activated in Kroger and are used by you, the cards is used up and when you try to use it after few days, the balance is zeroed out. I have lost $400 worth. I had bought the two cards on Sep 28th 2023 and one card on Oct 3rd 2023. The Amazon gift care was not compromised, but all three Home Depot card has stolen numbers on them.
Kroger Store does not stand behind these cards. They do not want to do anything with the card after you buy. I bought all my cards at the Kroger in Clarkston, Michigan. At Maybee and Dixie Hwy.
I have been working with Home Depot for last 2 and half weeks and I am finding out the details from HD customer services. I have not yet reached out the Kroger Gift card help line, that is my next call.
Will let you know if Kroger Card services will fix...
Read moreEdit (19th March 2024): It's still hard to find which items are wic items. The staff are all really friendly, my cashier was Brady and he was so kind, polite and nice. He was very proficient in his job and he saved me from buying recalled cereal that didn't get taken off the shelves. I really appreciated him not allowing me to purchase the cereal. It shows Kroger cares. At least sometimes. I've included some photos, some of the formula on clearance was past the expiration date, I don't think I got a photo of it but I was a little weary after seeing expired formula in the clearance section as well as a "wholly guacamole" item, that I'm 87% sure, is supposed to be refrigerated. Fruit selection was very limited. Lots of partially empty shelves. Lots of weird codes over the intercom.
Previously: Their Fruits mold crazy quickly. Prices are out of this world crazy. Nothing is labeled for WIC/ORGANIC/GLUTEN FREE like it used to be.
Overall, it's meh, disappointing usually, sadly it's the closest grocery...
