I had my iPhone X screen repaired. When I got it back the Face ID didnât work. So I left and tried to reset the Face ID and it didnât work. So I did a software update and when it was finished my screen was black. I took it back they inspected the phone and said I needed to go to Apple because I had software issues.I went to Apple and they basically wouldnât even look at it because it was a third party screen, but did confirm it was a display issue and not a software issue. I took it back to the technician at this business. He took it behind the counter, and then he all of a sudden found a crack in the screen. We both checked this screen together when I was there earlier in the morning He claimed he had to âreallyâ clean the glass to see it. No way this crack was there. So the next day I went to sprint in independence and took it to a certified Apple technician. He took it apart and showed me where the technician from this business installed the screen incorrectly and the wires were cut. He put on a new screen for me for $75, half of what I paid at this establishment. I called this place back and they basically told me that the people at sprint had no clue what they were talking about. I told him I was going to put up a negative google review. The manager called me back and said he would fix my phone for free. Too late. So he said he would get with the manager and see if he would credit me back on contingent I take my google review off. Never heard back from them, so the negative review stays on. They are not qualified, charge too much, and donât stand behind their work when they install something...
Read moreI brought in two of my phones last week for the screens to be fixed, an android, and an iphone. Those were the only problems I had, were the cracked screens. I got the android 2 days later than what I was supposed to pick it up because the guy admitted that when replacing my screen the power button stopped working , I don't even know how that happened, so he not only broke my phone when working on it he argued to me about it and said he would fix it "for free" when I asked for a slight refund due to dodgy service. I got the android today and even worse I think this shop is not qualified to work on Android phones. After I finally got my android, the audio doesn't work at all and the back of my phone is lifting, I'm not sure what they did to my phone and I would've went back today but they're already closed. I got my iPhone back the next day but the guy went ahead and updated my iPhone without my consent, and usually I would appreciate that but I was having issues with being locked out of that iPhone that I think the update made worse. Extremely unhappy with my dodgy service and if you value your time and your money I would...

I was looking for a lower priced screen replacement. I thought the price was great. I paid up front. But before I could pick my phone they told me the power plug wasn't working. I asked "Do you know why?". They looked and fixed and charged me extra to fix. After I left I found more problems. I brought my phone two more times, so they could fix the problems. They didn't charge me extra this this time, because they told me I already paid for that when I picked up from original repair. They only fixed one of the problems. I felt like they didn't know what they were doing. I took my phone to a different shop. They fix what they had parts for and they told me that some of the problems with my phone were connections not properly fastened and other connections broken. Ultimately they didn't know what...
