Me and my gf ordered pizza from this location to be delivered to our address. We waited over an hour and a half just for the delivery guy to deliver to the WRONG address. We put in the correct address and had our porch light on (it was at night), to ensure our food was delivered to the correct address. As we waited, we soon discovered that the app notification marked the pizza as âDeliveredâ. However, when we walked out to our porch, we didnât see a delivery driver pull up and knock on our door, nor our food anywhere in sight. We checked our entire front porch, but there was no food. Perplexed, we called the pizza shop. When someone answered the phone, we told them what was going on. Long sorry short, the delivery guy delivered to the wrong address. Even though he swore up and down that he delivered it to the correct address, we told them multiple times that we have no food and no food was delivered. Thank you Papa Johnâs for the terrible service. Now, someone else is eating our dinner free of charge. Although they are going to give us a refund, it still doesnât make things right and the delivery guy canât even do his job.    Read moreWe ordered a pizza. It was supposed to have 4 toppings. Came with 1, was cold, took an hour to get to us. I called asked for a credit. The CSR that answered the phone said she would credit our account with a free pizza. Tried to order the credited pizza today and they told me it only took 40 mins (even if that's true it was the wrong pizza and cold). They wanted to speak with another manager just to get this credited pizza to us. I'm sorry it's one pizza, I've ordered a bunch of times and never complained. I don't just want free stuff, I want what I paid for, 3 additional toppings and hot food. I will never order from them again if this is how customers get treated. What happened to businesses actually caring about how their customers are treated? My money will be going to a competitor now.
Update: Papa John's has reached out and seems interested in solving the problem from upper management. This location specifically still has details to work out but I'm satisfied with upper managements efforts to solve the problem. I called the store to speak with the manager as Papa Johns's website says to regarding the Quality Guarantee. The manager tried to interrupt me to give a reason or excuse, as to why the pizza was cold, stating how the wait was 90+ minutes and how she only had 2 drives. I told her that it arrived well within 90 minutes, 55 to be exact, and that the pizza was cold and I had never had this experience with the location. After concluding my respectful complaint, she hung up & didn't even apologize or say goodbye.
