I was very disappointed at what took place. I placed my order, food came as expected, I thought cool! I opened my bag and no forks or spoons, mind you I'm at a hotel not at home. So before I called them back I went to my lobby and they didn't have any, so I called the guy back and let him know how do you expect someone to eat if you don't pack any plastic ware especially knowing you are delivering to a hotel. The guy told me the driver would be there in a few minutes so I waited 15 mins before going back inside. I called 3 times and my call was not answered, called from a different phone and they answered, (caller Id) so I called off my phone again and the guy answers and rudely tells me yeah ABV inn room (he says it) then tells me the driver is on his way. I waited an additional 35 minutes from that first call that he said a few minutes. By the time the driver came my food was cold. I was upset. And to make it so bad the microwave in my room wasn't working and had to wait an hr for them to bring me one. This was ridiculous. I don't need to wait an additional 50 minutes to eat food I paid and ordered. And then rude about it like it's my fault that they didn't add that in there. That should be mandatory. By the time I ate my food I did not enjoy it. So.....not sure if I had a bad taste with the place after that but not ordering there again. First impression is everything. Too many Chinese restaurants for u to be rude and thoughtless about the customer...
Read moreI placed an order for delivery and the estimated wait time was 30-45 minutes. It took nearly an hour and a half. My house number is kind of small, so I included detailed instructions for the driver including what car would be in the driveway, landmarks on the street, etc. I called after an hour and was told he'd be there in a few minutes. A couple minutes later, they called back to say he couldn't find my house and described my neighbor's house where he was at. So I went outside and the driver (who was not the person I spoke with on the phone), got out of his car with a huge flashlight, screaming in another language. So I said, "Excuse me?" thinking maybe he was just talking loud or something? I don't know. Trying to give him the benefit of the doubt. He continues screaming at me and shining the flashlight in my face and finally speaks to where I can understand him, "Where's your house number?!" I turned around and pointed right where he was shining his flashlight on the house numbers, which were visible from where we were standing. He grumbled and threw the food at me. I don't even. I am so upset that I'm not even hungry, so this review will not include how the food tastes. So maybe it's so good that it's worth being cursed at in another...
Read moreI have been ordering with this place since 2012 and this is the only Chinese place that I will order from. They have always delivered on time, food was good and I never had any problems until last time. I ordered fried rice with crab ragoon and a sprite and a pepsi. My order was VERY LATE the (food)was cold & he forgot one of my drinks. He replaced my rice but about time he brung it, it was after closing time so I didn't bother to call again until the next day business hours and tell them that he forgot my crab ragoon too. He said he's never delivering anything to my address again. He had bad customer service. I explained that I was waiting for EVER for my food and I am pregnant and due in 2 weeks, and getting my order replaced and wrong ONCE AGAIN was a problem. These people DO NOT like to replace your order or even give you money back. And do not like to admit that it was their fault. I rarely ever have problems with their service, but when I do, it's a bigger problem because they don't want to replace your food or even deliver a replacement order, they rather for you...
