Neewollah — Local services in Independence

Several events go on, throughout the week. Talent show and Queens Coronation. Performances by actors and actresses for a themed play/musical. Carnival rides and lots of food stands and trucks. There is a DooDah parade for adult to dress up in costume, a kiddie parade for the children and then a Grand parade filling the streets with unique floats created by a local citizen and the sidewalks full of friendly smiles and faces. It wasn't bad. Pricing is high of course. The band was throwing some cuss words also. (Not apart of the song) I feel as if that is just a little inappropriate considering it is a family event, a lot of little kids. Food was okay, overpriced as well but that's all carnival food.
