Wow!!! What a disaster of a restraunt!!! I had 4 special needs clients plus myself and a coworker to order food for. So there was 6 orders, all paid separately ( that was the easy part) it took us 28 minutes or more to get out food. ( I stopped counting at 28 min I was so mad) So some of the food set there for over 25 minutes by the time I got all the orders. ( Simple orders like 2 burrito supremes-2 order, power bowl, and 2 meal boxesand 2 tacos-nothing hard!) I don't know but to me, that's not acceptable at all! I have also worked fast food and I mean for it to take that long especially with 7 or 8 people behind the counter......is ridiculously embarrassing!! So needless to say but the time we got our food and got to the park 2 miles away the food was not too welcoming to the pallette. Now there's people are on a very fixed income and eat out once a week and $10-$12 May not to be a lot of money to some people but shout out to Taco Bell for ruining my clients dinner, and night!!! Looking at the reviews they obviously have poor management. What a shame, because who doesn't like Taco Bell! Probably a corporate thing everybody sitting behind a desk pointing their finger I'm doing nothing about it because they don't even know how to run a store so how is anything going to change if nobody knows what the hell they're doing!¡...
Read moreThis Taco Bell, the service was easy... all we did was use the Kiosk there in store... We ordered 2 Happier Hour slushies and a large drink, plus some food.. When we got out food, the slushies weren't made and we didn't have our large cup.. my fiancee had to show a bit of attitude to even get the guy to make our drinks and get us our large cup. Then when the food was actually on our table we realized that 2 of the burritos we ordered were not on the trey. My fiancee went and told the guy we were missing 2 burritos and he looks at my fiancee and says "No. They're there." Like hello!! We knew how many we ordered and what we ordered. They said they were gonna write me down for replacement so when I came to town this time I called I pulled into the drive-through and said that I had been wrote down for replacement and they couldn’t find it.
