Great place to stay and the owner of the unit was great to work with, BUT I agree with some else's review, the security sucks here, they are very rude, and nobody knows the rules or explains were you can park or not park. They don't offer any suggestions on where to park if you have a 3rd person guest for a few days...so if you rent from the owners, don't think you got any rights to park under the units. They are not kidding on the 2 car limit at all!!! Spent my first half of the day, dealing with security. First day got a ticket violation and a note to call security immediately! We had parked our cars underneath our rented unit. I knew about the 2 car rule, nothing was said about not parking under the condo units. We did have my sister come down for a few days for the Memorial weekend, and had a 3rd car issue for a few days, well we had to park her car at a public access area 15 miles down the road... but as everyone went back home after the Memorial holiday, plenty of extra parking space opened up at all the units, in fairness, they have a very small gravel parking space across the street, we got my sister to move her car to that spot,.... well they still made my sister move her car, we went to the security office first before parking there and asked if it would be ok if she could park over there, they didn't know, so we thought for sure with all the extra spaces free at the condo units to park that she would be safe to park in the overflow area and nothing would be said.Well... She got a phone call with an hour parking there that she had to move her car.
As you can tell, I'm still fuming about the whole ordeal with the parking issues, and while this was going on with me....the unit next door was having the same issue, they were talking with security on the walkie-talkie with the same parking violation issue . Loved the condo unit, it was very clean and full of amenities. Enjoying my stay now... but waiting for security to call me anytime now about...

Read moreLovely and relaxing.. until Friday (we stayed for a week). Then very very busy, noisy, people swarming the pool, no regard for social distances, a man with a keyboard and speakers had been hired by the condo complex and was on the pier right outside our balcony at dinnertime and played and sang until around 10 pm Saturday night, we could even hear him from our bedroom. People were everywhere with alcoholic drinks, dogs barking, children with many of them, covering the little pier and the area around it, parked chairs just below our balcony and any hope of watching a peaceful sunset was ruined. Someone with very loud small dogs moved in next to us and we had to endure the round the clock barking. Some evenings, two men put chairs in the middle of the narrow pier and were fishing. No one would be able to walk around them with the chairs and all their gear. We won't be back. Ironically during the week we were discussing purchasing one of the condos but as of the weekend swiftly changed our mind. There is a small natural jetty of sand just below our balcony and in Saturday evening, children covered it and stomped all over the poor fiddler crabs. A man had a floating trap attached to the pier and dead animals were in it daily and he dumped them into the water. As a nature lover, and people who like peace and quiet, we...
