Don't come here they will try and screw your over by rushing you to order a crappy screen calling It premium quality and then if you give them your phone they will post good reviews on your account to boost their service. All their reviews are fake don't come here. Also they won't give a receipt, and will refuse to provide one. They will refuse to refund after they gave you the wrong quality part and will want you to pay more for the quality part you paid for in the first place. Also the people are very difficult to speak to as they just don't care about customer satisfaction. Also the owner will reply to this and claim they don't do this even though they do. The place feels shady. I paid 204$ for no service.
Edit: I filed a bank dispute and it went through and I got my money back.
The key thing the bank looks for when processing a dispute is a receipt.
Clearly, (since my dispute was successful) it shows that they failed to provide the bank with a receipt.
Also if you read the other replies some people have have found a review that has been made with out their knowledge. If you take your phone here and own an android put your phone on maintenance mode under device care in your settings. Also they don't need your pin to fix your screen.
Again don't come here they have poor communication skills and just don't know how to deal with customers. they will make things worse for themselves if they do something wrong, And will act all unknowing when confronted or will try and make you look bad when you try and correct them.
If your trying to get a refund and they won't give you one, and they can't provide a receipt go to your bank and file a dispute. (the paper they have you sign isn't a receipt)
It's better if you do it within 30 days, and helps you even more if they didn't provide any repairs yet
One last thing. You can try fileing a report with the BBB (better beauro of businesses) if you feel they are providing bad customer service. It will put your concerns on their record and will possibly affect the business you file the report on.
The edit after the edit (pointing out some false info from the owner):
The phone I requested the repair on is still being used.
the reason I refused the part is that they told me the part would be like OEM quality and they decided to try And convince me the so called premium quality was a $185 proper well known quality part. When the part they gave me was a...
Read moreI did not plan to leave a review until I noticed that the shop posted 5 stars under my name without my knowledge. Makes me wonder about the other 5 star reviews without text. I went to the shop for a battery. I was told it would have to be ordered and would be ready by 3 the next day. I left the phone because the man said it would be easier for him (my choice and not what I would do again). I also left my address and another phone number. The next day I arrived at 3 and was told they ordered the wrong battery. They would reorder and I should return the next day. Arrived about 2:30 pm and asked for my phone. The woman at the desk went into the back and talked to someone. She then came out and told me the battery arrived about 30 minutes ago, she was alone and backlogged and could not get to it. I asked if they were open the next day--saturday. She said yes. I said I would return then. At about 11am I arrived and the door was locked. No sign with hours. I pounded on the door-- no response. I got my husband's phone and called the number on my receipt. A woman answered and confirmed they were open. I told her the door was locked. She said the repairman was just finishing up an order and the door would be unlocked in 10 minutes. I arrived after 10 minutes and and gave my name and asked for my phone. The man at the counter ( yet a different person) went into the back and there was some conversation. He came back and asked again why I was there. I again said my phone. He got the phone and asked me if I had paid. I said yes and offered the receipt. The battery was charged to 46 percent-- about what it was when I first stopped. On the way home I googled the business to check the hours again. That is when I noticed that they posted a 5 star review from my phone. I am now editing the review to 1...
Read moreWas told that I had 2 options for my screen to be repaired for a Samsung S23 Ultra. An off brand screen that would react a bit slower and cut off the edges a bit for $200 or an OEM for $400. I went with the off brand but it doesn't react slower, it doesn't react at all!! My phone screen is constantly jumping around all over the place, pressing apps, not responding. It's awful because I work on my phone everyday. Not to mention that when I took my phone in I had an S pen and when I left my S pen was gone. So I went back in and they acted like they didn't know what happened and I swear they gave me a random pen but said it was mine. Now my pen doesn't even connect to my phone properly and my phone is constantly going into "pen mode" and won't let me touch my screen without the pen. Just a horrible decision going to these people. I went back and told them about the issues more than once. I don't know what they did. The phone worked properly for about half a day each time so I just gave up. Someone else please open a phone repair...
