I ordered a ham and cheese hoagie with EXTRA tomatoes, lettuce and mayo. When it arrived it was completely DRY. I called the restaurant thinking Oh! no big deal they will just make me a new one. Imagine my surprise when the guy on the phone said that there actually was tomatoes on it. I offered to take a picture of it because I had no reason to lie but he just said he was unwilling to make me a new hoagie and then had the audacity to hang up on me mid sentence! I was in NO WAY rude to this employee. I called back and asked to speak to a manager. Lo and behold he said he WAS THE MANAGER! And was still refusing to give me what I paid for! I told him that I wasnt being rude to him and there was no reason for him to treat me that way because of a mistake THEY MADE. I have been a police officer for over 20 years and have been in this establishment IN UNIFORM. They have always been friendly to me. It's very sad that when they dont know who you are or who they are dealing with that they feel as if they can be disrespectful and rude to you. There is no reason you shouldn't get what you pay for and for this reason I am going to be sharing this review with my fellow colleagues as well as all of you. Unfortunately they have lost a good customer and probably several more after the word gets out. I'm not saying the customer is ALWAYS right but I am saying that you should get what you pay for and they should have been more than happy to rectify the situation for a good paying customer. And rectifying the situation is not offering me $2 off the NEXT TIME I order. It was fixing the situation at the time it happened so I could have...

Ordered a hoagie and onion rings for delivery at 7:14 PM. I was told it would take 45 minutes. At 8:11, called to inquiry as to when we would receive our delivery and was told the driver should be there momentarily as they were busy. At 8:20 still no order delivered and was told that they were short a driver and were busy. I asked if it would be much longer and if the onion rings could be complementary due to it being so delayed. I was told I could receive a five dollar credit on my next order or try another place. I asked if they could just take the onion rings off of this order for the inconvenience and they said they would have to try and get a hold of the driver. At 8:27 they told me they had not been able to reach the driver, whereby we canceled the order. Not a professional way of doing business and will not plan on using them again in the future. It’s a shame because I remember them being good and reliable...

My grandma called at 3:30 for an XL Pizza. When it had not arrived by 5:10, I called to follow up about the delivery. They straight up lied and said they tried to deliver it, knocked on the door, etc but no one answered. Except, the front door is wide open and we’ve been sitting in the living room since 3:30 waiting for said pizza. I guess they thought they could lie because it’s older people who usually call for pizza at this address??? They answered the phone saying they weren’t even taking anymore orders because they’re extremely busy. If you can’t manage your business and forgot to make our pizza, just say that, as opposed to lying to me and implicating my grandparents didn’t answer their front door just because...

Been working nearby and decided to get lunch here. Friendly staff but it seemed pricey for a large Sicilian. Pizza was finally done and I decided to grab a piece before heading back to work. I’ve had better frozen pizzas at 1/3 the cost. The crust was “strange” and the cheese tasted like melted plastic. I literally thought about tossing the rest of it in their dumpster but I decided to choke a few pieces downs since I paid $34 for it. I should have gotten a sandwich from the gas station instead and that’s not saying much. Edit** ate one more piece and couldn’t stomach it so it did go in their dumpster. What a disappointment. How hard is it to make a pizza?? GROSS!!!!!!

I have been driving by this pizza place for months and finally had a chance to stop in. It was worth it! Great service and great prices! The pictures I've uploaded are after I started eating. LOL The portions they give are great, so don't judge them by the pictures. LOL Everything was delicious. My favorite was the Italian hoagie. They do have seating but the majority of it, when I went there, was taken up by a birthday party that had reserved seating. Overall, I will definitely be back. I still need to try the mozzarella sticks and fried broccoli.

I ranted on my other review so I'll keep it short. Here's a picture of the "pepperoni pizza" we received other than the "meat deluxe" we ordered. Here's picture proof of receipts. I'm not Disputing it doesn't say meat deluxe on his computer and receipt but it doesn't have pepperoni on it either... These are two specialty pizzas... The owner is a very rude and sexist and should learn how to communicate respectfully and decently to other humans, that's customer service 101. That's all I have to say.
