walked on this bridge a few times, definitely got me from point A to point B but certainly can't say i was dazzled, although the shade of green is nice. a few hanging lights, maybe an informative plaque and a turtle sculpture (to match with the green surroundings), a la the panther sculptures on the oakland bridges and i would give this one extra star...
