I'm a bob's furniture girl. But I used I furniture for less when I first bought my house to buy a rug. It was close to my job, so I stopped by. Because I needed a bedroom set. When I got there, I should have said a price, but I didn't next I know.I was leaving spending four thousand dollars on a bedroom suit. Brough it on a Monday, gotta deliver on a Tuesday. But I didn't even get in my bed until Monday. Because every time delivery man came something was broker, cracking, they had to take it back. So I dealt with that. And I moved everything out of my room monday, when they said I was gonna bring it on tuesday. Then tuesday led to saturday.Then saturday led to sunday that sunday led to monday. Finally, I got the bed put together. But my problem is he sold me an adjustable bed with a storage bed. The both of them couldn't go together, so send the adjustment part back. He gave me a bundle. The bundle made the adjustment part $898. He said, "Because it was a bundle, he was only gonna give me 700 back. now he only gave me 600 back. I feel like this is unacceptable. I have bought stuff on sale before, and when you go back, get what you pay . But not at this store, he told me out of his mouth he was gonna be giving me $748 before bedroom set, got fully put up. And now I'm not only getting lesser than that. I was already letting him get way he was taking a hundred and something since I still had their bed set, but he got ridiculous and took more. I would never go back to this store.They're stealing from people's watch them. They don't even have a warranty.I'll go to bobs and get a five hundred year. I got on the website and realized I made a mistake. I could've got that five year warranty plus the stuff that I got from them for a hundred dollars cheaper. Also, I wouldn't have had all those problems I had, and wouldn't have been landing on my floor longest.I did The man had a nervousness to talk about bobs, but he needed to talk about his own self and his company. Oh, by the way, he did give me an eighty dollar credit store for all my problems, and that was after the second problem, not when the first problem came along. Don't go in there. It seems nice, but when you hear the prices, when you put them together with no warranty run, when you get the product delivered to you and you see it's cracked and broke and you gotta keep getting in return, run. I don't even want my eighty dollar credit.This is how serious this is to me. And now I got a bedroom set that I got and talked to no one about because I don't even want to go back in.They store. And they don't have a corporate company for me to call😪 forgot the mention, and only reason I got the adjustment Bed. Because the man said it will work with my bed. But adjustment bed do not work where the storage bed.So don't never let no one talk you into that. So he definitely shouldn't have been taking her money because he admitted that it was his fault for saying that. But he didn't give me anything but $80. Credit for all the trouble I went through. This place is AWFUL!! I was looking for bunk beds for my daughters (2014). I went there, and found almost exactly what I was looking for bunk beds with some storage space underneath. My fiance and I had moved in together, but the house isn't very big. So we needed all of the storage and space we could get until we find a home big enough for all of us. I had searched around, and while Furniture for Less's prices were not the cheapest...they were not the most expensive either. So I purchased the beds. A twin on top, a full on bottom and storage drawers underneath. I also paid their ridiculous fee for delivery and set up. Bunk beds are a huge pain to assemble so it was worth it in my opinion.

The guys show up with the beds and set them up only to find out they didn't send the storage drawers. This ticked me off because it was the reason I bought the darn thing. I also paid extra to get them delivered the next day. But whatever. I contacted the store and waited for a call back. It never came, so I called again, and again, and again finally someone called me back more than a week later. They brought the drawers out offering me no discount on this $1,000 bed I bought or the delivery I paid originally. When the guys left my four year went into her room excited to play on her new big girl bed. After several minutes of silence (4 year old and silence are not a good combo) only to find her playing with a BOX CUTTER THEY HAD LEFT ON HER BED!!!! I immediately called and heard "sorry we will talk to them"...that's it? If I would have waited to check on my daughter just a few minutes later they would have had a major lawsuit on their hands and all I hear is I will talk to them???!!!! Oh yeah and the bed I bought for extra storage and space... The drawers are as crappy as the people I bought it from. They dont slide out they fall out and are junky. We store nothing in them. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! THE PEOPLE SEEM PLEASANT AND THEY WILL TALK YPU INTO EXTRAS AND UPGRADES AND YOU WILL END UP UNHAPPY AND EVEN WORSE POSSIBLY AN...

I originally stopped in two days before just browsing, and Michael followed up with me—no pressure, just genuine care—and today I came back and made the purchase.
