My experience was gloomy from last time had a watch needing battery replaced a few years back and stopped by there to get it replaced. They were fair and fast but messed up the I ring so when I sweated the watch fogged up ended up going to another jeweler to be told that the o ring was missing so I didn't complain just had them put one in and called it a day my girlfriend had a bracelet that was broken on one corner and I have heard that they were good and told her abt the watch experience an to give them a chance .that was my mistake it was Monday. July 6 in the morning we took the bracelet in to see abt repair nothing special just a quick repair was told come in on Tuesday to pick it up around 5. I thought ok. Came a little early and they were closed I don't know why they took my number because they didn't call me to say anything abt being closed while. In lot I encountered four customers come and say the same thing abt picking up there items hey it was hot and there AC was broke a courtesy call would have been nice then he put hours that he would be there on door well I showed up then no one showed up Wednesday no one finally on Thursday his answering machine says he will be in from 12- 6 so we get there at 12 my girlfriend runs in because I left my . mask at home and her encounter was is she sure how her bracelet looks and when did she bring it in which the receipt had the info he brought the wrong bracelet out and said it would be ready at 5 she informed him it wasn't her bracelet and after I 15 min search he. Brought her. Bracelet she said yes that was here and noticed it was not repaired but he held on to it and went in back and after what was an hour we got the bracelet and was repaired. I needed a ring resized. I tried a couple of places that refused to do it in one day. These other places would only do it if I dropped it off, then returned in a couple of weeks. The ring is of highly sentimental value, and I was willing to wait to schedule a day that it could be dropped off/picked up; but nobody would do that. When I stopped at the Jewelry Doctor, Rose said that they do everything same day if it's dropped off early (it's first; come first serve). The price was the same as others. I dropped it off at noon; picked it up at 5:30. Fit perfectly. Looked phenomenal (couldn't tell anything was done). They cleaned it, which really made it shine (I didn't realize it was so dirty). Dropped my ring off,was supposed to get it back next. Went there next day,they hadn't even looked at the ring but put it in the done pile was ask to come back next day. Came back still hadn't even looked at my ring which by the way was an easy fix. I can back again still not fixe, the guy who was supposed to fix it got mad started cussing . By the way they had my phone number never called my once to say they needed a few days because they didn't have enough help. Why take someone's number if your not gonna call the them in you have a problem or if the person's jewelry is done. I'll never ever take...
