We originally discovered Salamat Cookies at the Fishers Farmers’ Market. It was so awesome to find a Filipino small business. Their flavors are so unique, and we’ve been big fans ever since we moved to Indiana in 2021. My husband and I wanted a party favor at our wedding that wouldn’t go to waste, so we catered 200 Salamat cookies from them. There were barely any left behind, and we received many compliments from our guests that the cookies were fresh and delicious. We ordered Ube, Buko Pandan, and the Spicy Mango Dark Chocolate (which they specially brought back for my husband since it’s his favorite).

I tried their brown butter ube brownie ( blondie), and it was unlike any brownie I’ve ever had before; tasted absolutely spectacular and truly to die for. What makes this business even more special is the love and care you can taste in every bite, reflected in the owners’ kind and inviting energy. Highly recommended. 11/10.
