I've shopped @ this store for over 20+ years. I've seen a change in staff, & ownership it seems a few times. What I LOVE is that they have unique items at a great price, maybe not furniture or rugs so much, but DEFINITELY other household products, & other simple items. What I absolutely HATE about this store now is that they DON'T & DID NOT know that I do usually spend 2-300 dollars or more, easily in one trip. From the time I came in with a cart , (therefore kinda obvious that if I was going to steal, where would I put the shit to do such) but after walking through the furniture because there was a chaise that caught my eye 1st, I went straight towards the area of underwear & ladies pajamas. It was then that I noticed an older worker like absolutely staring at me, almost with a grimace & just freaking watching me like a hawk. I turned several times looking back & him & the dude was so obvious, he half way spoke as if it hurt his feelings, when I stopped going through to find a small for me Mom, & started back at dude. Fact that some of us know how you can FEEL a person's energy. I continued my shopping even though I wanted to walk the hell out at that moment because I chalked it off as just a random dude acting like the Japanese & Korean beauty shops when it comes to being in our neighborhoods but treating our patronization as crap beneath them. As I continued now with damn near my cart overflowing, I catch this younger worker now lurking LITERALLY on ever aisle I chose to go down or one over. Even down to the final moments of me checking out, this dude went back & forth. I have NEVER been so offended, I more than likely, (after today because I have a return for a faulty item & pajamas that were the size they were supposed to be, plus grab 2 more pillows they had on sale) AM NOT RETURNING BACK HERE UNTIL THE NEXT MANAGEMENT OR CREW BUYS THEM OUT which seems to be every so many years. an hour agoNEW Exactly a day after putting the bed together the wood used to hold the mattress broke. EVERY SINGLE ONE! We went back and then they gave us what was probably the wood that was supposed to come with the bed in the first place. So about two weeks later my fiancé is just laying in bed and the whole frame that connects to the side of the bed falls and this is the outcome!!! I will never shop here again!!!

Response from the owner 25 minutes ago Sorry you had such a bad experience, and we hope that you can give us another chance in the future. We don't typically have any issue like this arise, and the beds are not packed by us, they are packed by the manufacturer, and the instructions tell you how many pieces come with it. So if you had been missing pieces, we assume you would have told us before the first amount snapped. If it doesn't have proper support, of course it runs the risk that it will become damaged. However, we do apologize you had such an experience. We also don't have your name in our system, so there's even a chance you have the wrong store. But either way, please visit us in the future and give us a chance!

Been waiting on a $2,600 bed set for almost 6 months now and was told I would have to wait because it haven’t even been made yet. I do not recommend this place at all I was not informed that they do not keep items on hand everything is ordered and they don’t control that time so basically whenever it comes.. I’m highly upset. They did offer me to pick something else but that’s not what I paid for and I’m sure it would be a floor model since everything has to be ordered.. Never again 👎🏽 Next step is to report it to BBB and a police report for theft and false advertising by a company (and never do they mention No Refund until you jus happen to see it on their wall or something.. Do not order from them because they do not have furniture in stock you will be waiting. Currently taken...
