Super China Buffet — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I used to go after 4pm during week. To grab and go. Today a old woman who never acknowledged me.was on phone whole time.asked for 2to go canisters. She just threw them on counter mind you never stopped talking on phone. After was weighed gave her card said declined?...I told her just checked she said don't know and loudly it's declined...(maybe) a bad day???? No just rude!!!!!!! I said I will pay cash.. got change and went to get sauces in to go cup. This bag ask me why i need sauces ? because I need them forfor 20.00 I paid for the food....I got an dirty look..... during this the gravy for one of my purchases was thrown out....... He said sorry I think....if wasn't drilled about why I need sauces I would have my gravy...this is just dissatisfied and what if I didn't have cash ..????? Went right down the street to KFC and used the same card and it worked..(MAYBE IF SHE WOULD HAVE GOTTEN OFF THE PHONE). AND TREATED ME LIKE THE PAYING CUSTOMER THAT I WAS IN THE FIRST PLACE.....I would have never had to do this!!!! People we see signs all the time to not be on the phone while at the register what about the workers and or owners to do the same. Got home no gravy the egg stuff was awful..for the most part the food was old and hard... If you spent more time on the welfare of the customers than on phone. Things would have been better but, the awful food would still be there...if you don't want us as customers close the doors.... And if you too good for us close the door......... Thanks so much for the internet now you can voice your complaints and disgust .Now more than a few people can know the truth....and maybe more things won't be over looked... Maybe this is the first step into the board of health checking out some of the mistakes being...

First off i wish i could rate '0' stars because honestly, there not worth even 1 star. THIS IS JUST AN ALL AROUND HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT IS THE ONLY THING TO REALLY SAY!! But I will add this... The one thing at the buffet that was actually halfway decent was the spicy chicken with onion & green peppers. I got the last ONE serving that was left in the pan. After waiting awhile for them to refill it & they didnt i asked the man bringing food out, when it'd be out. He says ' No, tomorrow ' It was 7:30 p.m & the places closes at 10. So after I payed the 10 dollar for dinner buffet & found the one thing that was 'HOT & OKAY' THEY ARE NOT BRINGING ANYMORE OUT OF IT, WITH 2 1/2 HOURS BEFORE THEY CLOSE?? RIDICULOUS!! Also I seen an older lady pay for the dinner buffet & literally walk right out without eating ONE BITE, Because of how dirty this place is. Dont waste your time or money here. You will be disappointed!!! I promise. Also I know the 'Owner' can reply to my review, I would love for you to explain yourself & why your restrauant is in this condition!! Also I will be contacting the marion county health department on this matter with photograph's & videos of your establishment. Also of your employee's & how rude they are when someone asks them for something. GOOD LUCK STAYING...

One of the worst places I’ve been to eat. Not going to lie I didn’t have high hopes but I didn’t think it would be that bad. Upon walking in, I got a strong whiff of dirty mop water. I know strange. Anyway I thought maybe it’s just my nose or something because everyone in this place seemed so happy to be here. I ended up getting some rice and the meat on the stick, you know the red one and I thought maybe a pork egg roll thingy and man…. I tell you when I ate the stick meat and it was slimy on the inside I knew something wasn’t right! The rice was hard on the bottom and the pork thingy was really hard. AND TO TOP IT OFF the forks all had a nasty smell, idk if they’re washing them forks with the same water as the floor but sum ain’t right here. Good Luck. Also if you’re sitting in the car writing a review don’t mind the homeless coming up to your window begging for change and you might get to see a fight in the parking lot, just saying. It’s...
