J-Mobile — Local services in Indianapolis

I would love to give j-mobile a 5 Star because he did great work but, because he shares a business with a barber shop and one if there clients was down right disgusting. The barber shop is why j-mobile is not getting 5 stars. I went to get my phone fixed and I brought my two young daughters with me. This is a warning do not take your children in there. The client that was getting a cut every other word was f$@k they talked about oral sex and also drank beer all while he was getting haircuts. The barbers knew there where children in the building and did not deter the client from talking this way actually joined in the conversation. I’m pretty sure that the owner of the phone store did say something to the guys but, I really don’t think they cared. I had to take my kids to the car and make them sit in there while my phone was being worked on. If you want to run a business like this then it needs to be private out of your Home or in a bar. To bad for the phone shop because he did a great job but, I will never go back there. Hopefully he can find a better place to run...

Bought a iPhone 12 4 months ago from this place they stated it was new. Battery was at a 100% 1 month later battery was at 90% up today 4 months later battery is at 76% phone got hot had green lines on screen would not shut off so hot i back away afraid it was going to blow up. Phone completely died wont come back on white a hard rest nothing works at all. Has all my pictures and all my work related stuff that I can’t get back. Like I said they stated this phone was new when i purchased it from them. Well I took it to apple and the phone has been used for 3 years. Went back to the store explained everything to the guy. And told me he would charge me $220 for a new battery and screen. There’s nothing wrong with the screen apple stated they use a cheap non oem battery in it and the battery in the phone expanded. Keep in mind I use a slow charger as we 5 watt in the phone apple also stated the screen was replace with a non oem screen as well so the screen aint as good as original.
