Taco Bell — Restaurant in Indianapolis

As other reviews state, stay away from this location!! I went through the drive through this evening, the women taking my order was very friendly. Unfortunately when I arrived home half of my order was not there. I called them to let them know and see what could be done. The manager answering the phone rudely stated “If you ain’t got a receipt, nothin’ I can do for ya.” I never mentioned not having it. That was the only thing she said to me in the beginning. She then proceeded to tell me I was threatening her. Seriously?!? I just wanted my money back or order fixed!! When I arrived to completely return all of my food she informed me she had called the police and continued trying to have confrontation with me. When I told her I just needed my money back and we did not need to continue to argue she kicked me out of the store and locked the door. Mind you the entire time I was waiting to get my money back she was the main one who did all the talking. Finally, the officer arrived and mentioned to me that this is the 3rd time he has had to deal with this “managers” attitude. She did refund me my money with the officer with me. Lastly, I had accidentally dropped my debit card and noticed right once I walked out the door. I turned around and could see the employee picking it up which she then said she didn’t do but within a few minutes we found out that was a lie!!!

I am so taken back by how Taco Bell allows such people to work for its company! As I said above this one officer has had 3 issues with this Manager, and she is still a manager? I do not understand but I do know we will not return to this...

Disclaimer: This location until today has been one of the worst I've ever been to. We are usually always missing something, treated with little to no customer service, and the food is always mediocre at best...not my usual experience with other locations in other cities so it's always been pretty disappointing.

But today!! My husband and I just got dinner at this location today, 4/17/23 at about 7pm. I don't know what went down at this location, but there were some guys working I had never seen before. Not only did the gentleman not seem confused as to whether or not they had my mobile order (the normal reaction), he displayed it on the screen to make sure it was correct. It was. I pull around and when the food comes, a gentleman from the back came up and explained to me that the burrito with the black mark was the one with the less chipotle sauce (these are always unmarked usually and super annoying to try to find). He waited for my confirmation that I understood, then gave me the bag. I actually received all items with none missing. I get home... it's the first time the Frito bits have ever been crunchy. All the burritos had the perfect amount of filling and they were evenly distributed. Mind blown. Please keep it up!! This is how Taco Bell...

So... this in-particular Taco Bell makes no sense to me. The last 3x I’ve come here, it was at night. Each time I placed my order on the app. When I get to the speaker I’m just supposed to tell them that I placed my order online & it’s a pick up for Stacy. But before I can say anything, they come on telling me what they are out of. Tonight it happened again.. Just telling me what they’re out of. The woman starts telling me all the things that they are out of, & she mentions nachos & cheese. Well... I ordered a Nacho Bell Grande, which those nachos & cheese are ingredients in (& I even got extra nacho cheese in my Bell Grande). So I cut the woman off & said.. I placed my order online, do you have the food that I ordered? She asked me my name, I told her. She told me to pull around. Now here’s the odd part,..on the speaker she told me that they didn’t have nachos & cheese, so how exactly did I get this Nacho Bell Grande? This isn’t the first time this has happened, where they tell me on the speaker that they don’t have something, but when I tell them I placed my order online, they somehow sporadically have it!?🤔 I’m not mad that I got what I ordered, I’m just saying... they be lying!! Anyways, I give 3 ⭐️ as a thanks to the Taco...
