Aldi's is a good place to shop but if you have a problem with someone in their store there is no way to talk to. It was very irretating for me. No matter where you search. I feel that a complaint should be able to go beyond the store. And I should not have to drive all the way back to the store to voice a complaint. It appears to me that Aldi's is saying we are not concerned about how their employees treat you. Be cause if they did you would not have drive all the way backed to the store. And what if your complaint is about manager then who do you talk to....

Did not carry what I was looking for. Only 2 stars, however they MAY or MAY NOT be solely responsible for the reason. Outside the store was DIRTY! NOT ONLY trash, cigarette remains, ect., but it smelled like an old, dirty, stale ashtray to the point it literally turned my stomach. I went for a buddy; I do not smoke. Staff was VERY nice with knowledge of where to find what I was looking for. THAT is the only reason I gave two stars. Hoping it was just a bad...
