I really don't know where to begin with the nightmare that I have experienced with the two ladies that work in this store. I became a new customer on 5/22/25 and was forced into taking the Samsung Galaxy A 16. I told her that I didn't like the phone that I wanted the Motorola G 2024 phone. I am certain that the Samsung phone had belonged to someone else and they returned it and alot of weird apps and pdf was in the phone when everything was finally switched over from my old phone to the new phone. When someone was trying to change my Gmail password I got concerned and called the store to ask about an exchange. She told me to bring the phone back in and we would make a deal with another phone. The supervisor got involved immediately screaming, yelling and cussing at me and I became so upset that I started crying. My sister told her how horrible and unprofessional that she was and I told her that if she didn't stop that I was going to call corporate on her. She really flipped out then. She told me to take the phone as is that no one was going to help me and no exchange. I could go on and on but I did call corporate and talked to a very nice and understanding guy for over two hours. Try to take it back to get a replacement today and the lady tells me there's nothing she can do because that phone is out of stock. Yet didn't even check to make sure just autopilot tells me its out of stock. Offers to have one shipped that would be there in a couple days then proceeds to tell me "but that would be over the 48hrs you have to return the device so you'll have to pay full price" complete rip off.
