Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I regularly order a plain cheese stuffed crust pizza, no toppings at all for my kids from this location. There was a mixup with how my order looked online when I ordered and the receipt they gave me. So they made the food correctly according to their receipt. I didn't check it while at the store because the guy at the counter was too fascinated with my nails and his manager who was in the back having her smoke session couldn't come at the moment to see my nails so the guy pulls out his phone and asks to video my nails to show her. Weird and uncomfortable. Fast forward to 10 minutes later once home realizing the order was wrong. So I called up there to make it right, but ended up being yelled at and talked to poorly because they had no intention of helping my situation. I get that your receipt is different than what my online order shows and that you made it proper to what you can see on your end, but all it takes is kindly explaining your policy to me and helping me with what my next steps could be since remaking a pizza was too difficult. I would've paid for a new pizza and contacted pizza hut for the online issue. But we couldn't get to that point before it was a screaming match. Highly disappointed with the customer service skills displayed by their employees. I did reach out to Pizza Hut and they are working with me on the situation. I will not be ordering from this location anymore due to poor customer service and creepy vibes from the employee behind...

I ordered a personal pan & breadsticks & was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. It was 50 minutes it took. I could hear the manager telling the staff to bump orders coming up which is putting them in front of previous orders already waiting. When I got my order I said something about the time & her response was if you don't like it then don't come back. I have been coming to this location 12 years & it's right by my house. They need a new manager. It was never like this before in the past. The food was always ready & good quality. I'm not the type to post but she was so rude & this happened before with the order taking over an hour last time. So if you order from this location be prepared to wait awhile. All they had to say from the beginning while ordering is there's a wait & it will be ready in 50 minutes to a hour instead of 15 minutes & that would of been fine. The other staff was fine but just a rude manager that needs trained on customer service to treat...

Come there about 10pm ordered three things of wings and a pizza. I go inside to get my food the Manager drops my pizza as he pulls it out the oven and starts cussing because he grabbed a hot pan and tells me pizza will be another 8 min. Ok no problem. I get my food sauce from the wings was all in the bottom of bag which wasnt a big deal. Get back to eat and my pizza wasnt cut. Dough wasnt fresh and had sauce already on it for few hours. I used to work at a pizza hut so Im 90% sure thats why it wouldn't cut through. I explained to the Manager I worked there back in the day and he proceeded to give me a nasty pizza. I got a refund the next day but he didn't even own up to it lol he tried to blame someone else when I remember him making it cause he dropped it and I watch him make it. I understand if your busy or whatever but definitely shouldn't be coming...
