Subway — Restaurant in Beech Grove

I had placed a online order & it said it would be ready in 15 mins. So I send my son to pick it up & they give him a complete different order, now the order did have the same first name as mine but different last name. He called me confused as to why there was two different Sandwiches from what I had ordered. He had already left the store so I told him to go back. When he gets back and tell them that this is not my order. Then they proceeded to say that they don't have an order for me a receipt never printed. So I call and the lady who answer says the receipt never printed out and I'm telling her I'm looking at my app and I can give her my order number she then says that won't work I need to call my manager as if I'm not going to get the food I've paid for long story short I finally got the food I ordered after 45 minutes because they didn't know how to go back in and print the receipt.. I sure hope that they made fresh sandwiches for the other Sara after they let her 2 subs leave the store and took...

The lady with reddish hair was very rude and sucks at her job she should think about working somewhere else honestly. Their app needs fixed because all it does is waste my time. But when I got there after ordering my sandwich she said “we cant do anything about it but give you a refund” which I did not mind except how rude she was even though she’s the problem not me. After that I got my sandwich and went home but only to find out they messed up my order. So I called them and they told me to go back up to fix my sandwich. They were rude again and the sandwich was nasty. This is also the 2nd time this has happened. We went last night and they were out of most chips and sodas. One employee was rude to my 11-year-old. We did not enjoy our sandwiches as they were not made to specification. For example, my friend asked for light mayonnaise and the employee put a ton of mayo on her sandwich. I ordered a 6 inch and the employee made a foot long and I didn't notice until it was time to put the vegetables on. She had been so rude to my son earlier I didn't bother pointing out her mistake.
