Horrible customer service. The older lady working at stores today was on the floor on her cell phone on a personal phone call the whole time I was there. I know all her business. The young man behind the counter seemed like he hates the world. I’d say thank you and he never said you’re welcome. I said it twice. I asked for an oil filter and he never asked me which kind I would like and went and got me the cheep one. I had to ask for a different one. The 10 minutes I was in the store neither of them said more 3 words to me and I was the only one in the store. Matter of fact after the second time I said thank you after he just handed me something and turned his back to me and walked away I finally said, “OR NOT.” He still ignored me. Receipt says DAVID. I hope you have a BLESSED day DAVID. You should smile more and stop looking like you just ate a LEMON!

Turns out, O'Reilly's sells the bracket, pins, and boots individually, for a total of 71 dollars. OOORRR I could purchase the entire caliper for just 69 dollars. Look it up yourself, on a 2002 Trailblazer LS. Front Right.
Additionally, not my personal experience, but the fellow next to me came in looking for a carb rebuild kit for a Honda power washer. According to the O'Reilly's website, they sell small engine parts. The people behind the counter are asking the guy for the registration. For his power washer. Because it has the VIN on it, and they can look up the parts easier with that. FOR A POWER WASHER. Read moreThe store is clean and everything but I don’t like the customer service. The 2 or 3 times I’ve visited the store the workers just seem like they don’t want to help. Yesterday I asked for some help on getting the oil change package and a worker just told me to get one of their sales magazine things at the front and that was that. I grabbed one and turned around because I thought he was gonna continue to help me but ig he expected me to just figure it out myself.
