Bought a NEW in box bed frame. Was damaged. Their policy is to check item before leaving. Kind of hard to do when they shut the door on you and it's raining. Won't shop here again. RESPONSE TO OWNER: Yes, we had no problems with our first purchase of the loveseat which is why I felt comfortable purchasing from you again. When an item is listed as New in box, I expect it to not have any damage. And as your own policy states, once you leave, no refunds, no returns, all sales final, so what would you have done? Nothing. I'm a friendly person by nature and when I was scrolling on FB marketplace for a bed frame, yours came up. It was more than we were looking to spend but I thought I'd say hi and wish you and yours a Merry Christmas. The previous purchase has nothing to do with the experience we had this time. My husband is an honest, hard working man. He came directly from work and only got out of his truck to look for a tarp to cover the box. I'm sure he social distanced from you. Leaving a customer standing there with a damaged box, expecting them to "inspect" the item in pouring down rain is ridiculous. But that's your policy as you stated. Yes, he was upset. Be advised there is a high demand for their products and sales do go fast so if youāre on the edge about purchasing just know that whatever it is youāre looking at may or may not be available the following day. Given that itās all quality furniture/items that could otherwise be purchased at retail cost, these guys are saving you a ton! I have read some back lash about this business and all I have to say is do not be afraid to make a purchase cause two or three customers had a bad experience. From all the listings I looked at they give you all the information you need. As long as you pay attention and follow directions you will be saving some money on the things you need. Also from what I have seen, typically if there is a notable defect they will have an image of the defect within their listing photos on their website. I noticed in each and every not so good review that has EVER been given in 5 years of reviews never once did this store sincerely apologize for any negligence or even mistake without sarcasm following very close behind and putting the reviewers down and belittle them.
