Walgreens — Local services in Indianapolis

I had 3 prescriptions here and transferred them to another pharmacy. Turns out they only sent one. The other 2 they filled. I assumed they didn't fill the third as it wasn't close enough to running out. I didnt question it as i was just happy to have medicine after a week of waiting. But I guess now I know it's just that they'd transferred only that prescription. Cut forward to the other pharmacy telling me the 3rd one was ready. Due to new insurance, I tried to transfer back to Walgreens. Can't do it. Staff told me they are short staffed so they require me to get a new rx from my doctor. Ridiculous. TLDR: This pharmacy only transferred 1 of 3 rx's. They won't take the rx back. And now I have to get my doctor to write a new prescription for...

I shopped for a customer with DoorDash and the cashier even came from behind the counter to help me find some of the items. Customer was pleased with the substitutions offered and the really long list of items was able to be sorted in a timely manner.
