The night crew here totally saved my butt this evening. I took my 3 year old here for lunch around noon, and between cleaning him up and wiping off the table and everything else, I forgot that I had placed my MORA (an extremely expensive mouth guard designed to fix TMJ disorders) on the tray. I threw it away and didn't realize it until almost 10pm. I drove back to the restaurant with not a whole lot of hope that it would be found, but it was my only shot. Even though the lobby was closed, the staff here went through the many bags of trash for me (I told them I would look for it, but they wouldn't let me), and found the appliance. I thanked them several times, but it can't be said enough. Thank you, thank you, thank you. You literally saved me a couple thousand dollars, not to mention the several weeks of severe pain I would've had while waiting on a new one to be made. They were friendly, helpful, and went so much further out of their way than I would have ever expected. I appreciate it so much. Thank you again!

Read moreDo yourself a favor and skip it if you're not a carnivore ordering in store with no substitutions. They'll screw up your order if you order there, recommend you order on the app because its easier for special orders. If you use the app and they're out of something (like black beans, several times) they have no way to inform you until you get to the store, then tell you they cannot complete your order and also can't refund you because you paid on the app. So you'll follow every avenue you can by calling and emailing, with no luck, until you go into the store another day and the manager has them just remake it for you, incorrectly.
Tl;Dr save this for the midnight drunken food run. If you're a vegetarian or have special diet concerns, skip it entirely. Whoever is doing inventory and stocking...
Read moreWe ordered ahead via the website for in store pick up (a half hour ahead of pick up time). We arrived at the store to find the doors locked with no signage. We went through the drive thru where we were told that they didn't have our order. It took us several times of saying we had our order number before they finally looked it up. They told us to pull up to the window where we had to wait for them to make our order. No apology or explanation was ever given. We got our food and drove home. We live 5 min away. We sat down to eat to find that the food was cold. It's so weird that we're this far into the pandemic and the store still can't figure out how to do...
