I called to get an estimate for a project and to set up a time to meet for Fastsigns to come out and give me a bid. They came out and measured and said they would call me with a bid. 3 weeks went by and nothing. I had to call to see how much they thought it would be. The person on the phone asked me what the font was that I wanted to use. I shared what font we used in the past and was then told they would get back to me. Never called me back or emailed me. So I contacted another sign company to do the job, and got it done and installed in less time than the time I waited for a bid...

They dont really know what they are doing they said its gonna take 2 hour to take off my decal and i have to pay first when i took it in my appointment was at 1:30 i got there like 1:15 and i wait till 2 so i need my wallet i went back to get my wallet and my van still sitting there havent even work on it then around 3 they came and told me they cant finish it in 2 hour they refund my money back waste my 2 hour to sit there and just wait...

These guys are the pros. I had a project that I needed a super fast turn-around on - I understood if it wouldn't have been done in time, it was a complicated decal.
