I took six watches in for batteries. When I got home I placed them in my foam padded watch box. A week later I went to put on one of the watches that I had placed in the box. One of the watches they replaced the battery in, was not working and another had a stress fracture on the crystal from tightening the back plate down too tight (completely across the face). I went to the store they replaced the battery but said they were not responsible for the stress fracture in the crystal to contact the manufacturer. The manufacture said it is common for a jeweler who does not know what they are doing to tighten the back plate too tight (screws in back plate) causing a stress fracture in the crystal. I would NOT recommend this store for quality work or honoring their work. They just tried to pass the buck per the manufacturer Jaques Lemans. (Very expensive...
