The staff inside was outstanding one scheduling my radio install very knowledgeable with Toyotas and very friendly. Took the truck to its scheduled appointment to get an aftermarket radio installed and take out the factory radio when scheduled told them all I want was front speakers back speakers right and left basic hookup no upgrade. When I came back to pick up the truck there was no front speakers working at all. Went back in and the guy that worked on the radio and said someone messed with the wires on the factory radio and when I dropped it off only the back speakers was working. Well duh that's why I took it to a professional to get it fixed if it was plug and play I would have done it myself. Anyways he took it back in traced the wiring the front speakers was not wired from the previous owner and both speakers needed replaced He made the repairs replace the speakers and it sounded outstanding. My complaint is when I got the truck home there were screws in both floorboards cut wires clippings throughout both four boards wads of black tape and worst of all the glove box and the front of the dash is scratched all to hell as if a wild cat was in there or a child kicking the dash with their feet. This is a Toyota T100 which is now a collectible and very difficult to find replacement parts for the dash was in outstanding condition before going there this cannot be repaired. So if you have something that you want to get worked on be cautious for that reason. Other than that they have an outstanding products and upgrades of every type and very knowledgeable. I had CTA tint the windows of my project van. When I pointed out areas of concern about the installation workmanship (an end of tint folded out and the irregular trimming dimensions of the tint around factory mountings) the tech became defensive and started raising his voice to me. He told me that he has decades of experience and the concerns I had were dismissible as being "industry standards" in quality. He then dismissed my vehicle stating it was "only a work van." Yes, my van and my money! I was told no one in the industry would have done what I requested (remove/tint/reinstall) the side and rear pop-out van windows. The tech then claimed that I was the only person who has ever complained. The tech then requested for me to follow him to the office and speak with the manager. When I approached the manager, the tech immediately interjected merely wanting the manager to agree with him by summarizing vaguely my concerns and then asking leading questions of the manager to support his comments. The manager did not inspect the vehicle or ask me any questions. I told the manager I was unhappy with the work and had even stated I would have assisted them in order to produce the results I desired. I had even visited the manager a week prior and advised him of the tint work I wanted and how I could remove the pop out windows to make a factory standard look if needed. The manager sided with the tech and made no concession what so ever to remedy my disappointment. I paid the bill in full and left. Took my car in to get windows tinted. windows look great however, there is a huge burn hole in the headliner of my car about 5 inches from.the rear window, that wasent there before. I know they use heat guns to assist with applying the tint. I've used heat guns in a past job, so I know what they do and what the burns look like. took the car back twice to have the issue resolved. First time it was myself, I was treated like I was a typical "dumb" female and he swore up and down he didn't do it. Told the guy I understood accidents happen and I wasn't trying to be nasty, but to please own up to his mistake. Second my husband took it in and spoke with the owner. Owner was rude and nasty and said the same thing to my husband. Husband even tried to get them to take the heat gun and line it up to the hole to determine if it came from the heat gun, he refused. neither of us smoke and the only people in my car are my young children. so now I'm stuck with a huge hole in my headliner. will NEVER recommend them to anyone! funny though, I was recommended to go to them. we've had friends have major issues with them in the past. didn't know that till after our incident or I would have never...
