I moved here with my home internet and began experiencing issues, went into the store where I was told if I upgraded to a more expensive plan (and paid an upgrade fee) it would fix my problems. After a week of having the same problems and being told it was a tower issue (which means i shouldn't of had to upgrade to begin with as the promblem wasnt the hardware nor plan) i called support to check on it and was told they weren't even servicing this area with internet and forced me to cancel. I now rely on my hotspot, which is reliably unreliable. I will say they refunded the extra expenses but not until after I had to explain to them how what they did was wrong...
