I checked in for a mobile order which was supposed to be ready at 7:09. I don’t mind waiting especially when places are in a rush and definitely understaffed, but after 40 minutes of waiting in front of the counter (and 15 minutes of the app saying my order was ready but nothing being produced), a very helpful and apologetic staff member who I believe only just got there helped me. An older lady who seemed to be a manager then came over to us and said she cancelled my mobile pickup order because it was “too big and she didn’t see anyone there.” She walked off afterwards and didn’t even apologize, her staff apologized for her. I had checked in at the counter, said my name and that I had an online order when I got there. And even when it said it’d be ready at 7:09, when I came in at that time they said they haven’t started it yet. Didn’t get my food until 8:00, had been waiting out in the parking lot since 6:50, waiting inside since 7:09. Older lady who cancelled my order antagonized everyone there and made it difficult for them to work, acted like it was my fault that she cancelled my order, then made it seem like redoing it was a chore even though I had waited for an hour without complaining at all to give them some grace. I feel bad for anyone who has to work there, clearly they were frustrated with her and doing their best to help me and make up for the mistake. Other customers actually came up to me to joke and apologize about how I’ve waited in front of the counter the entire time they ordered, sat, and ate inside...
Read moreWell it's 6:00 Saturday evening and I arrive at Taco Bell before I could even get to the counter the person working the counter asked for my order which I gave it to him specifically and he charged me specifically however there are six employees at that time but I can count there are 11 filthy tables not to mention another gentleman and his two children are there not only did they mess up my order but they messed up his order it clearly stated on my order it was for here they made it to go while standing there watching them make my order said person making my order says oops I put the wrong cheese on without realizing she messed up the order to begin with she just adds different cheese to it folds it up. I ordered two soft Taco Supremes and a small drink I got what you could call to standard soft tacos which had no lettuce no tomatoes no sour cream just cheese and meat when I took it back she had to ask what was wrong with her co-worker therefore she said nothing they fixed it they brought me my food. It's been 6 months since I come back here and the staff is changed the help is gone downhill and the place is a disaster the floors a mess there's cheese all over the floor in the lobby every table I wanted to set it had either sprinkle cheese or liquid cheese or hamburger on them so I doubt that I...
Read moreI love Taco Bell, the food is almost always really good and it's real cheap. The service today was not good, though. There were three employees in the back, and very few cars around the lot, and NO ONE ELSE in the lobby. We placed our order on the self check outs, and went up to the counter for our cup. We stood there, watching as one employee made the food and the other two were standing around and talking. I don't mind nor really care that they were talking, it's the fact they saw us and continued speaking. We stood there for a good 20 to 30 seconds before my partner said "Excuse me?" The employees looked at us and continued talking, making no moves to come assist. We could clearly see them from where we stood, so they weren't even trying to hide. We tried two more times to get their attention to no avail. They continued talking to one another until a fourth employee (who ignored us after we tried to talk to her) came to the front to take the order of the two people who had just walked in. The man thankfully said "They were here first." And let us speak and MADE her pay attention to us.
It was very irritating, very unprofessional and just rude to ignore us like that. I have worked in fast food, and had for 6 months, I know it's difficult sometimes but there was no excuse for how...
