Bath and Bronze — Local services in Irmo

Bath and Bronze store staff were incredibly helpful to us. We sought their advice when our plumber could not help with hot water streaming at our old (1986) tub/whirlpool. The valve stem failed, and we had to cut off the supply to the house water heater. Instead of first trying to sell us an all new tub, Michelle at Bath and Bronze identified our tub model and located a detailed parts map online. Amazingly, Kohler had the valve we needed in stock and told us to order the valve for the cold side, too. They rushed the parts to us. Jay came over from the store and figured out how to remove and disassemble the old valves and replace them with the new ones, with help on the phone from staff at Kohler. We were amazed when we turned the water supply back on and everything worked (better than before!). Jay was fantastic. The Bath and Bronze showroom is stunning, with many beautiful tubs, sinks, faucets, etc. I was amazed to see such a nice store in Irmo! We are returning there to replace our kitchen faucet and controls—Jay suggested options we weren’t aware even existed. Outstanding displays, staff, and service. The vast selections this company has is absolutely remarkable. I re-did my kitchen and I LOVE my new Waterstone Bridge sink faucet, fireclay apron front kitchen sink, Siligranit bar sink, and Waterstone prep faucet. Also: location, location, location!!! In the heart of Irmo it is so much closer to my house at Lake Murray. Their boutique showroom is so much more inviting than a big box like Gateway. Showroom staff took as much time as I needed and never pushed or got irritated when I changed my mind - as I tend to do a lot! All around an impeccable experience, and I will be back when we get around to re-doing the bathrooms and the outdoor shower...

I was looking to replace some broken parts on a fan that I purchased a few years ago from a big box store. The original manufacturer was of little help in locating parts.
