Domino's Pizza — Local services in Ironwood

I usually don't leave reviews but for this instance I will... I ordered delivery at 11:11pm for $42.89 worth of stuff for my coworkers and l. I tracked the pizza all the way to delivered. So I go around the building looking for the pizza it's nowhere in sight. so I call the store and the guy I talked to asked the delivery driver if he delivered the pizza to my address and he said yes I dropped it off in the lobby right next to the elevator... (our building doesn't have an elevator) so I said that and I said can I get my pizza or a refund? He said we are closed now so I can't send the driver out anymore but you can call when we open at 10:00 to get a refund. Long story short I have been calling all day everyday since this happened on 5/1/24 and I'm getting the run around like oh I'm the manager but I can't access the system so this manager will be in at 5:00 tonight. I call at 5 and they say he's busy right now what is your name and number so he can call you and he never calls me. I talked to him once and he asked me if I wanted my order delivered and a refund.. after the past instances with people spitting in food there I said I'm not risking it so I would like a refund. And he said I will get right on it and send you a message when It's done or call you... that was 4 days ago and nothing has happened. I will never be coming here again and my coworkers agreed to do the same. Very disappointed, if I could give 0...

I order delivery and don’t get me wrong the food is good. The service on the other hand is not. I live in an apartment and each building has numbers on the outside and my address says the buildings number on it but apparently the delivery drivers can’t read cuz they put it at the building next to mine. It doesn’t take much effort to read a buildings number and make sure it’s the right one. I don’t make them ring the buzzer at my exact apartment and wait for me to come down and get the food. All I expect from them is to find the correct building and leave it outside. Doesn’t seem that difficult. I get done with work late at night and don’t feel like cooking so I decide to order dominos once in awhile but it’s more tiring when I have to walk outside in my pjs to the building next to mine to grab my food cuz they can’t read. Some of the drivers are great and take the time to look cuz I can see them outside stop at the building next to mine realize it’s the wrong one and move to mine. But those are the select few most of them don’t take the time. This has happened four times already I think I’ll take my business elsewhere for awhile and if I do dominos it’ll only...

been ordering from this location for 2+ years they sent us a Really messed up pizza delivery today it was undercooked, didn't have Extra Cheese! Just barley palatable, we call and all the person on the phone says is drive the delivery back to them ? If I was able to drive today I would have picked it up and inspected it before leaving! He said this was Dominos policy that is. A LIE! liars are the worst people on earth! That's the end of a 2+ Year ordering history with this store! They don't back up their work, don't care about the product! I see why there's so many bad reviews about this location! If you don't like your job there's only of others available if they don't care if the employees do their job right! As you can see it definitely doesn't have Extra Cheese! Can't see the raw dough inside but I assure you it wasn't cooked inside! I worked for a popular Greek owned Pizza shop in a College Town we would never treat a customer like this Domino's did!
