I appreciate their commitment to addressing the issue by training employees to prevent future incidents and issuing a refund. Their willingness to listen and take corrective action is commendable and restores my confidence in their service.

What happened I'm deeply disappointed and outraged by my recent experience at this place in Irvine. Despite my eyes being perfectly healthy for the past few years, they insisted on taking fundus photos before I even saw the doctor, claiming it was necessary. Then, without my consent, they charged me for these photos and later lied by saying I had signed for it— which I absolutely did not! To top it off, during the frame sales pitch, they aggressively pushed overpriced Chrome Hearts frames costing $2000+, ignoring more affordable options. This feels like blatant upselling and unethical practices. Avoid this shady store at all costs— consumers deserve better transparency...

I have low nose bridge and wide face; therefore, it is very difficult to find the right frame that keeps the glasses with progressive lenses staying up on my nose for good vision. After searching for the right optical place more than a month, I have found Ms. Mimi Wu. She is knowledgeable and has addressed my concerns the best. She has helped me to choose the right frame and the rest is history. My new pair of glasses stays up where it should be and the vision is good. I no longer need to carry two pairs of glasses everywhere ( one full progressive and one for near vision). Dr. Vincent Chen also gave me a thorough eye exam with clear explanation.

We relocated to OC last year, but my kids needed urgent help to get replaced contact lens. We went to the optometry for urgent help. Lack of info, they reached out to our prior optometry, gathered all the info, placed the order for contact lens for us, and delivered the lens to us in 4 days.

After that we had several orders of lens replacements. The office offered awesome support to deliver the high-quality lenses to us as quickly as possible. A few times, when we ran late at the weekend, they even offered extra support by waiting for us and delivered the prescription to us.

We feel obsessed by being a patient of this optometry. Love it! Though I usually do not write reviews, but can't help recommend this optometry to all who need...
