I had my first microneedling treatment here because of the good/cheap deal that I’ve got. However, the service was horrible. The person who helped me was a medical assistant not a nurse. Although my package included the facial and extraction, she barely took her time to prepare my skin before micro-needling. After finishing the microneedling, she just put some Aquaphor Healing Ointment on my face and give me a mask sheet to-go and told me it was done?!! My skin was all red - burning and hurting so bad but there was ZERO additional steps to cool it down to calm down the skin during the procedure. There was also no after-care instruction. She told me that I can do everything normal as long as i wear sunblock. (Really? when my face bleed after poking with millions of needles??? I literally had to come home and watch YouTube to educate myself to take care of my skin for recovery…….)

I know the price was relatively cheap because of their promotions but the service can not be so cheap like this! The person who helped me was not professional and the service was not complete. You cant expect other medical spa experience here. If i knew it, i rather pay more money to make sure my skin was taken care. This is also an invasive procedure and now i am worried that this microneedling wont enhance my skin but worsen it because of this poor treatment and bare-mininum recovery care/instruction. I am absolutely furious with the laser hair removal service I received. I paid for treatments on three areas--underarms, Brazilian, and full legs--six sessions each, and the results were beyond disappointing. (They offered me a discount because I purchased packages.) Despite shelling out a significant amount of money, I saw no improvement whatsoever. My fine hair remained stubbornly unchanged, and to make matters worse, every single treatment felt rushed and incomplete. Despite specifically paying for a Brazilian treatment, they only bothered to target the front area, completely neglecting the rest of the private area. As for the full leg treatment, it was a joke-- the technician slid the laser wand so fast over my legs that it didn't even come close to providing precise treatment. But the cherry on top? The relentless pressure from the front desk staff to purchase additional packages at every appointment, making it abundantly clear that all they care about is squeezing more money out of their customers. Let me tell you, forking over my hard-earned cash for three areas over six treatments each was an absolute rip-off. Save yourself the hassle and find a reputable provider who actually delivers on their promises. Overall experience, waste of money, waste of time, waste of energy!!! I should have chosen...

If I could give zero star. Horrible place. They are not honest. They don’t hesitate to fool you if they think they could. I bought a Groupon for Tempsure envi for my arms skin tightening at this place. The day of appointment nurse could not turn on the machine. Finally she pulled another one from the other room claiming its better and stronger. She started the procedure on me but it didnt seem the right one. When it was done they didnt any offer of compromise. After getting home I found out it was Venus legacy which mostly used for removing cellulite and the price is way cheaper almost on tenth of the price of Tempsure. In addition while you can see the result even after one session of Tempsure this one needs multiple sessions which they didnt even offer it and replacing the procedure in a right way. Tried to call the spa and talk with the manager or dr couple of times but they hung up on me, ignored me and said manager will call me which never happened. They are not responsible people. Also you can see the bruise pics from my arms after wrong horrible procedure that I got. In addition Temsure envi is about couple of thousands procedure while you can find Venus for 500$...
