Buyer beware - There is a major flooding issue (see picture). Defective pipes were installed when the building was built in 2006. Flooding started in 2013. Management did nothing about it. Builder warranty expired in 2016. Management did not start to address this issue until 2021. Flooding is so bad that last month the water cascaded through 7 floors. This happens on a weekly basis. HOA management is thinking of replacing the pipes. It will cost around $2 million. There will have to be a special assessment.
Wallpaper and carpeting look like a 1970s nursing home. Board actually said they like the way it looks. I am waiting for Mike Brady to come walking by.
Typical stupid petty rules which you find in most HOAs. Don’t bother getting a doormat. They will take it away and hide it. They don’t care about the flooding, but definitely don’t get a doormat.
HOA dues are approximately $1400 a month. Probably will be over $1600 next year. Ridiculously high for what is provided.

When I attempted to resolve - they simply suggest they could lie to me and say - 'yes, we'll remove your phone number from our system' but in effect they simply declined to help - all 5 (FIVE) times I called.
I do not want nor use their services - but the repeated calls are an interruption to my business. I'd rate them BELOW A TELEMARKETER - they simply don't care...
I cannot imagine anyone of character using people with these...
Read moreIn my experience as an outsider, I have noticed that upper management, specifically Eric and Pedro, have not been able to handle difficult situations in a professional nor timely manner. It seems to me that they take into account the male residents rather than the female residents. This makes me very upset to hear and to witness as a female bystander that comes to visit often. I wish thus building had better management, however the employees at the front desk do make this...
