Definitely livable. Comfortable rooms (just a bit dated and has some wear and tear on the walls, floor, and furniture). The kitchen floor plan is cramped, but it has everything you need. Quiet environment conveniently near the science buildings. Maintanene is hard to get a hold of from time to time, but they do their job. Parking, on the other hand, is an expensive nightmare. Over $100/month and it is often difficult to find an open spot. Living is quite overpriced as well, but this is quite unfortunately normal for in-campus living in any college you go to.
