UCI Campus Village — Local services in Irvine

Definitely livable. Comfortable rooms (just a bit dated and has some wear and tear on the walls, floor, and furniture). The kitchen floor plan is cramped, but it has everything you need. Quiet environment conveniently near the science buildings. Maintanene is hard to get a hold of from time to time, but they do their job. Parking, on the other hand, is an expensive nightmare. Over $100/month and it is often difficult to find an open spot. Living is quite overpriced as well, but this is quite unfortunately normal for in-campus living in any college you go to. Overall: livable (comfortable, even) and conveniently located. However the high price and the nightmare called "parking" do not make this...

Amazing place. So close to campus and library that it really motivates me to study and go to class. In addition, I can save time since it only takes me less than a minute to get on campus. The staff, both professional and student staff are awesome. They host amazing events such as watching the Super Bowl, karaoke nights, hikes, DIY workshops, etc etc. I’m really going to miss this place as it is my last year here, so I want to make it a great one with...

Seems to be a great place to live. I don't actually live here, but I've always wanted to be here. I'm stuck in the ACC apartments which are much further, much more expensive, and much more not worth than CV in my opinion. Again, I don't live here, but from what I have observed, my friends who live here all say it's magnificent. And in the times I've been here, it seems that the residents are always in such a good mood. Plus the front desk people...
