My boyfriend and I visited earlier this week and had an extremely poor experience. We are both 21 and 22, I showed my ID and had no issues. He handed his ID which is from another state the woman at the bar told him she couldn’t accept it because it was horizontal. He explained the state he is from gives vertical IDs but she would not accept the explanation and was extremely demeaning to him. She argued with him for an unnecessary amount of time before admitting she was wrong and letting us get drinks. She had an awful attitude and quite frankly ruined the atmosphere of the environment. Cool college bar I set out for because they had Pliny the elder on tap. I'm from jersey so that's pretty hard to come by in bottles let alone tap. It was super fresh and they had a decent selection of beers. The carne asada tater tots were so good and the chicken quesadilla was really good as well. Love coming here for their bulgogi fries. It's a great experience to come split some fries and grab a pitcher of beer with friends and just chill for a few hours. I do miss the pool room that was right across from this which was free for a bit.
