I have Sciatica pain that effect my muscle as well as my nerve for quite long time now. It feels like your muscle and nerve shorten so when you want to stretch I can only do half way. My pain location is from waist down to the bottom of my leg. After long time, it develops tingling feeling. I have been to several acupuncturists and pain managements but the pain never actually healed completely. Less pain but that keeps going up & down like yoyo. It is not like 1-2 treatments which I understand still takes time when I am testing each specialist I met. Usually after 4-5 times, I will look for other person.

I am very happy to meet Dr.Bao who was found by my wife. I can not say enough good things about him. So I write my detail progress so you can judge it yourself. Immediately after 1st treatment, I will feel much better, and the effect progress in the next 2-3 days. I can say I am better by 50%. So 2nd treatment which is the following week, I am even getting better to 75%, by now tingling also reduce a lot. By 3rd treatment, Dr Bao use long needle to reach deeper aqupressure point and the result in the next 2-3 days… all muscle shortness and tingling only left about 10% and I mean not going back & forth like yo-yo. 4th treatment, only 5% pain left, and in the next 2-3 days completely healed, but by the 4th day to 7th day ( my next treatment )… the 5% pain sometimes comes and go ..: meaning my nerve & muscle is not stable yet at its final steps. So I go for the 5th treatment; by then I still feel just like tiny little bit pain maybe around 2%. This week will be my 6th and I believe it will healed permanently by then.

What you need to understand is, it takes time especially if you have suffered for quite long time. So your nerve have tendency comes back to that area. It needs to be loosen multiple times to become flexible gradually so it can be put back to its original position.

I think Dr.Bao is a very skillful man as I have tried so many out there. Due to my weakness in my nerve, I have to drink herbal capsule pretty much my entire life to strengthen my nerve. Take more during colder season and less in warmer season. If I do not feel any pain… no need to drink. What I love about traditional Chinese med is, It is completely safe because It is processed naturally not like western medication. I have a dog that was born with muscle and nerve weakness that it needs to drink Chinese herbal capsule daily for the rest of its like since 3 years old. My dog already drink that muscle herbal vitamin for 10 years and completely healthy. His rear legs are strong with added monthly acupuncture maintenance.

Be patient as it takes sometimes. Most importantly is the speedy recovery and with no yo-yo effect !!! Just like when someone try to loose a lot of weight. You will shed a lot more pounds during early period, as it progresses closer and closer, the progress seems slower and slower for you to shed more pounds because you have much less fat at the end. Hope this logic make sense to you when you read my progress.

For me, I want to finish it until I completely heal. Because I do not want what left a little now… after a couple of months later progresses again. Once and for all healed.

I met Dr. Bao 8 years ago in his old clinic located inside Ranch Market on Culver, Irvine. I happened to be standing in front of his clinic while waiting for my husband. Within few minutes a western man approached me and asked if i wanted to have a treatment in Dr.Bao clinic because he can help me to communicate with him in Mandarin. His mandarin language is surprisingly very fluent. To cut story short, I said no. And I asked him if he knew the Aqupuncturist well and how well he could cure patients health problems. So he began telling me what had had happen to him in the past. He got severe stage Parkinson, where he can no longer walk nor open his eyes due to too much & too strong western medicine administered to his system try to beat Parkinson. Unfortunately , it all came down to absolutely nothing. He got from worse to worst. So his wife who happen to be a taiwanese brought him to Dr. Bao clinic to see if he could help. To cut story short… the treatment works miraculously. He started able to open his eyes again, then walk & keep progressing in his health. I told him that I did not see even any small sign that he had Parkinson. Now to my own story, I had been bringing my cousin to have treatment with Dr.Bao approximately for 1 month by now. She got severe side effect of Covid Vaccine. For those of you who do not understand Asian Medication, they will check your health from your pulse… it is actually much better than MRI because it acts like an MRI but for a whole body. More accurate in finding the cause. Secondly, the natural herbal is prescribed custom to fit what ingredients is good and not good for your body with precise dosage. It is far better if you compare it to general medicine in the market.

I was referred to Dr Bao by a friend who sees him often. I was having awful shoulder pain.. and my orthopedic doctor was recommending surgery. That doctor said it was my last option.
