I got a hold of them within the first 2 rings and spoke with Madi. He ask what I needed, where I was and within 30-40 mins he was here to assist me with my towing needs. Madi's customer service was by far one of the best as the first thing he cared for was for our safety so we don't get hit by any vehicle. Since my car was lowered, he made sure he was very careful to not damage my car while getting it onto his flatbed. Very aware of the cable pulling my car doesn't damage my bumper. I was in a jam needing to have a car towed and wanted to call a towing company that would do a great job and not overcharge. I read reviews and saw that AB&A Towing was close to where I was needing to have the car towed to and they had a great review rating! Madi came out to pick up the vehicle, was professional, personable, considerate and really made me feel like family! We had to have my husband's car towed from our home in Irving to the mechanic's shop here locally. I called AB&A Towing after typical business operating hours and the gentlemen was extremely helpful, provided all the pertinent details and we scheduled a time the following morning for them to stop by and pick up the car for us. The gentleman actually reached out prior his scheduled arrival time to see if we would like him to come earlier than he originally thought he could make it.
