I visited this place maybe twice cus is far from where I live but the second time I did my experience wasn't that great, I ordered online went and pi,ked up my order but they were making my subs in another bread cus they didn't have what I ordered instead of them asking me if it was ok or of I wanted that bread and then I ordered some cookies and they said they didn't have any made of that kind either so they just gave me some chips instead and the bread I got was too baked to crispy not soft at all and I didn't even get a refund not sure if they just didn't have all the items or they just didn't feel like making them but if people order online and they don't have what people order they should wait for the customer to come get the food and let them know of what they don't have and let the customer decide if they still want the order made or not instead of making the decision for the customer or maybe update they online to whatever they don't have like other...

Long story short. I waited forever, I paid, they made my sandwich, and no lie, the bread was so hard I actually thought the sandwich was toasted (it wasn't supposed to be)
The girl told me she couldn't give me a refund, she refused to make another sandwich, and said that all the bread was like that, all with endless attitude and super transparent excuses.
Finally with no options left, I said are you serious with this right now! (in a raised voice) The girl said you are not going to yell at me. I said you just took my money and aren't giving me any food in return, this isn't how this works.
The only option I was given was to call a manager that wasn't there, and I simply had to leave feeling like I got jacked by Subway. Sad too, I go there...

Placed an online order for 2 footlongs and 2 6inch subs. First foot long completely inedible due to stale bread that in reality was a 12 inch crouton.. One 6inch was drenched in so much vinaigrette it was like soggy cereal in a subway wrapper and had not one correct topping besides the vinaigrette. Second 6inch was my 12 year Olds tuna sandwich that had plastic in it!!! I placed this order 30mins before closing. I'm in the service industry and get that it was then of the shift, but plastic in my children's food I can't dismiss.
