I stopped by on 4/14/22 the funny thing is that I stopped by here before and I didn't remember but the last time I was here nothing taste good. I did notice it did improved! I must give it a 3star since it's not a real Chinese place run by Hispanics. I know my Chinese food 😂 Beef broccoli it's not the same, sauce too thick, beef supposed to be softer but it's not. What I did like it was some thin noodles super good! And I don't eat pork but this time I did and it was delicious too!! Shrimp fried rice is the only rice that tastes good. Plain rice not my thing no flavor at all. You just gotta taste everything to see what's real Chinese food and what's not smh. The funny thing too was that I asked a lady that already ordered if she been there before 😂 and she's like no it's my first time. I told her if it doesn't work out here I know a real good Chinese food that on the shrimp fried rice they put in big shrimps not the tiny ones and She was getting excited asking where?!! Royal Chopstix Irving 1600 Market Place Blvd, Irving, TX 75063 This is the address for the lady I spoke with on that day😅😂...
Read moreI didn't find the taste of the food appealing, rather, it was so spicy hot and almost watery, I could only eat half, as I threw out the rest. It didn't have that authentic Chinese style taste. PLUS, they should update their prices on line, that's their responsibility!! I called it in when I saw their menu online and the price "ONLINE" was $6.99. The service was fast but my bill was $8.73. When I told the guy that online it was less and he just shrugged his shoulders like 'oh well', pointing to the price up on the wall. I get home and everybody said; 'yea, they're all Mexicans in there and the food tastes like a Mexican Chinese. They said I should've gone to Lin's Chinese food. I will now! I will not return back to Rice Wok Xpress! THEY REALLY SHOULD CHANGE THE ONLINE PRICES !!!!! AND BE FAIR!! They lure you in, then charge more. That's not fair. Good luck...
Read moreLet me start off with this. There is no lunch special but they do have a daily special. But, the food is so good, I don’t even care about the not having a lunch special menu. I ordered the sweet and spicy chicken with vegetable fried rice and two egg rolls that all came out to roughly $15. The indentation you see in the rice is from the spring roll that comes with it. I ate it before I remembered to take a picture. It got soggy because of where it was placed and was pretty ok. Nice unexpected bonus but the placing could’ve been thought out. As you can see by the rice formation at top, they stuffed my plate and I couldn’t not be happier. First bite was, “I’m in love.” The second bite was, “I’ll definitely be back.” Only thing left is the freeze and reheat phase. If that turns out well, I’ve officially found my...
