So first the space itself is conveniently located near loop 12 south, checking in was easy, and getting checked in took no time. The space was bigger than what the pictures depicted, they had refreshments available where you leave cash or cash app them. I took pictures for my new journal : planner business dropping 6/3. Each room has a unique prepped but good did not use them all. It did exactly what it needed. My main complaint would be that during my shoot we were super hot. With summer heat among us we expected a/c but I also didnāt attempt to locate it or reach out to the host so theyād my fault. Also, there were ants in the bathroom, but again I didnāt reach out to the host because I was on a tight schedule. All bookings on Peerspace are instantly accepted so if you need to make changes itās impossible to reach them same day, follow the rules in making any changes within the 48 hour period or really before it to avoid any issues. Overall I was pleased enough to consider going back there and getting some pictures of my daughter.

I booked them for a 4 hour time frame, but due to life events I had to cancel my appointment. I was told that Iād get a full refund. That was late November. Iāve reached several times, calling, texting and emailing and whenever I spoke with someone I was always respectful and never flew off the handle or raised my voice. Here it is Feb and I reached out again and was told that my email was never received so I resent it and asked if theyād received it. Iāve gotten no response. At one point I was told to speak to my bank because it was the bankās problem not theirs. Another time I was told theyād get with their 3rd party billing and keep me updated on what was happening, I never heard from anyone. This entire experience has been exhausting. I just wish they could do something more with the furthest set which has a lonely telephone booth and black walls+neon lights. Also there's not enough available outlets at that set - 2 are already being used to power their tube lighting fixture on the wall.
Other issues: a bit of maintenance would help. The cyc wall is sorta scratched up with marks. Unfortunately it is visible in photos so I need to fix so much of it in post. It would be easier if they could just re-paint out the black marks on the wall every so often. Also, they removed the TV that used to be at the front, and I struggled with trying to get music streaming into the soundbar. Sadly in the end I wasn't able to.
