Let me first start out thanking God for another day I always have to praise His name I cannot do nothing without him. But I can say we made it another day. I hope everyone is doing okay and also being safe in these days of time. Let me start off saying how good Whataburger is just recently I was in drive-thru in Irving I was dropping off my husband and I decided to go get breakfast so I decided to get a breakfast Burger it was pretty good as one of the new ones. I really did enjoy it but I cannot stop eating their homemade burgers that they fix sometime when I want to go by for lunch and surprise my husband I go by and get 2 combos with a burgers and onion rings that so good it make you want to slap yourself twice. But don't slap yourself too hard it just said good that's all. Where my grandfather used to go to Whataburger he sneaks sometime when he was alive back in the in the days when I go to Whataburger it reminds me of the old days and so many memories back in those days. I can't help myself when I think about my grandfather and grandmother I really do miss them I know I can speak for other own here. But my experience was great no complaints at all I enjoyed the service I enjoy the meals they are so friendly that's so kind to us. And I love it when they cook my onion ring that be so hot and fresh I really do enjoy it. So my visit has been pretty good that I can say well I can't say I'm satisfied and will I go again yes I will. If you have never had onion rings when you go to Whataburger if you decide to go get an order of onion rings but you might not want to get a small or medium you might want to get the largest one because it is so good and I'm not just saying it is really truthful I wouldn't tell you nothing that I have an experience I always tell the truth. I feel like when I get on here on my experience was great why not sure it unless someone else enjoy also especially the first food that they cook. So if I had to give him a rating I will give them a 10. I guess the high school that I can give them. Thank you so much to all the hard workers at Whataburger have a wonderful night and thank you so much for satisfying for making our visits were coming. May God continue on blessing this company and always keep us covered in the blood all of Days of Our Lives good...
Read moreSpiteful people. In the past I’ve always let negative experiences go and not bother writing a bad review or complaining because accidents happen. Forgive and forget not worth my time. This is the first time I’ve felt the need to write a review because of what happened. I pull up to the speaker and hear what sounds like a female voice to me and I make my order both very friendly nothing out of the ordinary happens. I then pull up to the window and the person has on a mask so I don’t really have any facial cue to go off of and I hear the same voice and I end up saying yes ma’am. Turns out it’s a guy and I don’t fully realize this until they closed the window and loudly declared to the rest of the staff that “He called me ma’am!”. At this point I felt really bad it was an honest mistake I wasn’t trying to offend anyone. He comes back to the window moments later to tell me they are waiting for the chicken to cook and I try to apologize right then but he closed the window again before I could speak 2 words. About 10 minutes later the person behind me gives up waiting and drives alway. He finally comes back to the window to give me my order and I manage to apologize this time and thought that was that. I get home to discover I had one missing item, fries are really cold, and my bbq chicken sandwich was flattened like a pancake with very little bbq sauce and no onions that I requested. The wait and the messed up order makes it feel like they did it just to spite me for accidentally saying ma’am. I’ve ordered at this location several times in the past and never gotten a wrong order or long wait time. To the guy at the window, I truly am sorry for saying ma’am, I meant no offense at all and now feel like I was punished for a brain fart...
Read moreThis location needs to be renamed WTFburger. I've been here twice. I went inside to find employees meandering while customers waited for their orders to be taken. The manager was clearly struggling with motivating the young employees to do their jobs. The front line and register area was filthy. I can only imagine what the back line looked like.
My first order was the new southwest burger, fries and a strawberry shake. Burger was poorly built and not something that would bring me back. The fries were stone cold yet they had fresh fries just dumped into the fry tray. I had them replaced. The shake was half mixed. Powder was still sitting on top. All of this projected poor training and a lazy mentality. Not enough pride in your job to mix a shake correctly?
Be careful asking for extra pickles. They added jalapenos instead of pickles. They're both green so I guess that was a good enough excuse. Ruined the burger.
I've been to countless wattaburger stores over the years and this one is by far, the worst example of a wattaburger. $70 over two days and I...
