These guys are the best! They always beat everyone out on price and I have had a lot of work done by them and have never had any issues. Juan Soto and his team have been doing all of my diesel and gas mechanic work for over 10 years now and I wouldn’t go to anyone else! These guys jump through hoops to take care of the customers. For example, he told me that it would be around Thursday when I got my truck back on my most recent visit. I told him I really needed it by the Saturday before if at all possible, however I understood it might not make it on time. Saturday afternoon rolls around and guess who is calling me telling me my truck is ready for pick up… that’s right.. SDR. I will go to SDR for all of my mechanic needs!...

Jose and his team were great. Spoke with other shops they were 1.5 to 2 weeks out. Not to mention $1500-$2500 more than what I was charged. I called SDR on a Tuesday they picked up my truck and had it diagnosed late afternoon. Ford had sent them wrong gaskets for turbo which delayed repair a day. Things happen so not holding that against them. They stayed in touch and communicated well. Working on diesels are always labor intensive and costly but I am very pleased with the work performed along with their pricing. I have spent almost $7,000 with this shop to have a truck that would reliable to drive for the future. 6,000 miles later my truck is dead and not only am I out of a truck and my money. They conveniently say I need a new engine after they redone the heads. The manager has said that my warranty isn’t any good and tells me that the shop owner won’t return my phone call. On top of them saying they were trying to call me but not one message. The office staff has escalated this beyond reasonable terms.
